Good hotel

Good breakfast

Everithing good but, swimming pool is from 16+ age. Didn’t found age limit anywhere on booking. We choose this hotel because of the pool and at the end didn’t use because we were with younger kids.

Receptionist was ok but we were booked into a room that was having maintenance done so had to comeback downstairs. We were promised a restaurant voucher for compensation but received nothing. Swimming pool and spa pool were booked out and no free parking as stated on the facts on the tv.

The balcony room was spectacular

Unfortunately the hotel promised a king bed and I ended up with two singles joined together.

Check in was a bit of a pain - first room wasn't a balcony room which we booked (not a big deal but really wanted a balcony so requested to change). Second room (with a balcony) we arrived and the room wasn't ready - room service, towels and bedding from the previous guests were still there. Third room was exactly as booked - really nice and a lovely room, but a shame it took three attempts.

The room was lovely, would’ve expected a bit more amenities for the price,(tea/coffee was sparse) Food very expensive for what you got, we ordered room service. breakfast was lovely

Rooms were fantastic and so was the restaurant and bar

Staff good. Room very clean and new. View good. Bed good. Large room needed two comfortable chairs but had poor desk chair and uncomfortable low armchair. Shower had no appropriately located hand rail so I could not use it. Food in the restaurant should be avoided: presentation over-rides quality and much is inedible. Breakfast provides enormous choice, quality is mediocre and wastage must be horrific

Was lovely room. Very spacious. Good bedding. Warm. Good breakfast.

Yes the room was good good view

The food was great with good service. The hotel was clean and the room o erlooking the pitch,which was great. However, the room was freezing ,the heating/AC was not blowing hot air,the bed was rock hard and the duvet was about 2 tog (at a guess) My wife wrapped herself up like an Egyptian mummy whilst I just led there awaiting for hypothermia to set in.Apart from that,all good!
