probably the best hotel in the town, located in the heart of the city, just in front of the church, and the market, of this historical town.
therefore many pub and restraunts, shops are within 100 yerds.
this hotel has a nice restraunt, which is busy, with locals, suggesting it better. our room was large and clean. the bathtub made of copper is in the room, not in the rest room which has a shower space. a good mix of modern facilities and old days atomosphere.

We were meant to have breakfast but there wasn’t a lot of options for my husband so we ate out instead. Some of the plugs sockets were coming out of the walls which worried me. We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely. The fire alarm went off I don’t know if this was a test or what. If it was a test then I would pic a different day as people ste resting but if it wasn’t then I think maybe a phone call to rooms to make people aware. We would return and recommend the hotel but just a few things to mention

Centrally located, this hotel has modern updated rooms, and sits across from St. John’s church in Cirencester. No parking onsite, but there is long stay parking within a five minute walk, as well as a drop off zone directly in front of the hotel, to facilitate luggage deposit. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Lovely room with lots of little touches — and plus points for having decent sized mugs for tea instead of piddly little cups. The breakfast cooked to order was very good on all 3 days and the restaurant meal very good. Parking is a bit of a chore but manageable. Staff all very pleasant

The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight.

We had a fabulous room, which was ready for us when we arrived at 1130. The bathroom was huge and I had a bath, as requested. Disappointingly, the bath plug was faulty and although staff promised to replace, it remained faulty so I was unable to have a bath which I had looked forward to. Breakfast staff still not listening to specific requests - the food is amazing but far too much of it, and I hate waste!
