チェックインは隣のバーで行ったが、女性スタッフはぶっきらぼうな対応だった。居室は地下だが窓から光が入る部屋だった。ベッドは３段だが最上段は使用されていなかった。バンクベッドはイギリスでは珍しくカーテンが付いておりプライバシーが保たれる。バンクベッドの上部に収納箱が付いており便利だが頭や膝をぶつけることがあった。最初の晩、ライトとコンセントが機能しなかった。シャワーはボタン式で温度調整ができないので、しばらく水を浴びるとお湯に変わる。Wi-Fiは問題なく使用できたが、居室にあるパスワードは使用されておらず、受付か階段の途中にあるパスワードが最新のもの。子供のグループが宿泊しており夜中まで騒いだり暴れる音がした。

1週間滞在しました ベッド内に鍵をかけられる大きな棚があるので 防犯面的には安心でした 部屋のバスルーム兼洗面台にハンドソープがないのが少し不便に感じました 洗濯機は専用のコインじゃないと使えないので フロントで手続きする必要がありました 立地はとてもよかったので満足できました

Overall it was great for the price. But they did start doing hallway construction at 7am which was super loud. And despite having the do not disturb sign on the door someone walked in while we were getting dressed and they didn’t even knock.

Booking this hotel, I questioned paying £80 for four adults on a Friday night ahead of a Mersyside Derby. However, we got there, the location is very central, the hostel was clean in itself, the lift looked a final destination style life. The room we got was great and exactly what I'd expect for £80 but clean, tidy, good spacious bathroom. Well worth the money we paid and would definitely return. Staff were not overly talkative but if thats my downfall from an £80 (£20pp) stay then so be it.

Good stay, not like a hostel at all.

Room was very good, location also good. However, no kitchen is available, not even a fridge or kettle.

Returning customer for the third year in a row, I loved the cleanliness, the comfy bed, the room was quiet , overlooking to the back yard, the staff very gentle and brilliant in every way; Close to the attractions, busses, train station, plenty of dining and eateries no matter what time of the day will definitely come back , thanks

Not like it used to be, but I think they are doing it up stayed here when it was selina and happened to have shared room, and was so good considering sharing! This time had a double bedroom, but wasn’t great, shower room not clean, architrave missing, fine for a one night stay but not like the pictures. Staff are friendly though.

2 brothers staying overnight after watching match at Anfield. Easy check in and no complaints about hotel. Good for price paid.

Staff were lovely, couldn’t fault it!

I like that it was very quiet. They are doing a much needed renovation. Toilet seat was completely broken. Lots of mold. Just old.

Really good hostel - it was clean and quiet and in an excellent area.

The rooms are lovely, me and my partner stayed in the Suite room and it was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We came for a concert and a long weekend of shopping. Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were helpful and friendly, everyone was very polite. Check in was speedy despite a very large queue, and the luggage room was so so useful for before and after checkout. So very accommodating and a gorgeous building with lots of common areas. Towels, soap, very comfortable king size bed; we recommend indefinitely!

Decent hostel to be honest but tried to call them for 2 days before to ask a question about checking in, but could not get anyone to answer. Check in was easy enough thought when we got there.

Basic accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom and decent shower with Shampoo/Conditioner supplied. Comfy Bed, good mattress. No tea and coffee in room or kettle. But it's just fine for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very slow and inefficient check in process, very small and hot room with no air con, fan or able to open windows fully. Very uncomfortable lumpy bed and pillow. Felt unsafe overnight, door didn’t feel particularly safe. Curtains don’t fit the window, so room extremely bright early morning. Walls really thin so could literally hear everything on the floor. Mould in the bathroom and shower doesn’t drain. Also, hostel I think has changed name? When I booked it was called PH Hostel, and recently I had received emails from Malacuna Liverpool. The pictures do not look like what I booked. The reception is completely different to what it looks online and the bedroom wasn’t like the picture. I’m really disappointed as it was a lot of money for what we paid and neither us slept due to light/noise/comfort.
