Pleasantly surprise after ready previous reviews. Reception staff efficient. I stayed in the double room with ensuite, very clean and bed comfortable. The double room comes with towels supplied. Hotel very quiet during the night even though it was a Saturday night. Would highly recommend.

It’s just because this hostel has convenient access conditions and is relatively close to the city center, so I chose this one. However, I booked a 4-bed room but I was allocated an 8-bed room. The people staying in thereafter were very noisy, which bothered me a lot.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, due to lots of reasons.
People banging on doors at all hours, rooms far to hot and cramped, beds very hard and uncomfortable and the amount of people having loud love making made me think I was in a brothel. Screaming shouting etc, we was booked in for 2 nights but checked out after one night due to not getting any sleep due to the aforementioned reasons and paid for another hotel. Under no circumstances would I recommend this place. Not happy at all and could of completely ruined our weekend.

This hostel was a short walk into the town center and Liverpool lime street train station.
We weren't told very much when it came to booking in so didn't really know if there was breakfast being served here.
The only issue was it's a very noisy place to stay so you might not get a good night's sleep, but would be good for the night lifers out there.

Everything was good, although in a heat wave the room was very hot. Staff provided fans to take to the rooms to help. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Useful notes for bookers:
Large bathroom
Large bed
Plenty of power sockets
Lift was very small but the stairs were large and airy, not too steep
Trendy decor and relaxed vibe
Very basic
No tea and coffee facilities in the room
Several convenience stores on the same street

Les moins: Séjour pendant la canicule. Très très chaud dans la chambre. Pas de climatisation ni de ventilation. Système d’ouverture de la fenêtre ne permet pas de ventiler la chambre.

Check in took a long time, big queue and only one person checking us in, despite 2 other staff members standing around behind them. Swearing about the chairs.
Room was basic but clean. Very thin walls, not a huge amount of sleep thanks to the couple in the next room!

The Photos on Expedia are different to the actual hotel.
The staff, especially the General Manager was rude, using harsh words on guests, no hospitality etc and any inquiries on something not okay he simply says “that’s the hotel policy” and no attempt to be hospitable . Also asks for Bank details and one needs to swipe their bank card while checking in which is not ideal.
The rooms do have any storage drawers too.

I had a great stay at this hostel in room 107. The room was peaceful and clean, which made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Check in was slow. I booked a single bed room with private bathroom for three nights. During the end of May. It was beginning to get warm in Liverpool. There was no TV, no hot water kettle, no AC. There is a communial shared kitchen. That has hot water kettle, microwave, stove, two small Frigerators. The room windows are locked. Unable to get fresh air into the room. The room was hot during the day and night. I asked if the window could be opened. Told no, because of safety and fire prevention. Very strange response. Don't stay there during the summer months.
