レストランの食事がおいしかった。毎晩バーを利用しましたが、どのスタッフも対応が良かった。

バスルームと洗面のシンクが物凄く汚かった。そして暖房設備が殆ど聞いておらず、マックスにしてもとても寒かった。場所はとても良いのですが、ここにはもう次回泊まることは無いと思います。

The hotel was nice. My only disappointment was that you have to pay £10 for parking. If you purchase drinks from the bar over £5.00 parking is free but if you pay over £100.00 for a room you still have to pay for parking.

Bump in mattress, tired bathroom, well maintained & good size bedroom area. Shower doesnt maintain a constant temperature, varying between warm cold & too hot randomly during a shower. Empty shower gel container upon arrival Pool tables & darts available but cramped area meaning many locatiobs impeded the cues by walls. Pool area wasnt that large & water murky. Good evening meal. A great breakfast selwction including many types of milk.

Room was satisfactory but a little over furnished. Shower control defective, no maintenance staff available over weekend to rectify it, although we were offered an alternative room. The dinner service in the restaurant was a complete and utter shambles. 45 minutes wait for a table due to "An unexpected rush", poor and disorganised service and when the waitress brought the wrong order and had it pointed out to her, she had the temerity to argue. At breakfast, which had to be ordered at reception the night before, so an unexpected rush could not happen, they ran short of cups, glasses and spoons. Tables, cruets and menus were all sticky. Confused, disorganised, poorly trained and short staffed, it is difficult for for a moderate man using temperate language adequately to criticise them.

Easy access to Telford International Centre. Odd layout having to go through the gym to get to rooms. Strong smell of urine in the swimming pool. Food in the restaurant was ok, steak sandwich was good but sticky toffee was dry and bland. Within walking distance to multiple other restaurants so not limited to hotel. Would probably use again if attending conferences at international centre.

I didnt have breakfast. The room was clean & tidy. Staff were helpfull. Didnt use air con so no idea

Booked twin room but they did not have any so have to share double with male friend otherwise we would be stuck

Sitting in bar when water started pouring from the ceiling I got wet reception couldn’t care less said we will sort it not bothered about me the paying customer

隔音滿差會一直聽到安全門關門聲很大聲很吵也可以聽到隔壁房咳嗽聲，很難睡。

Room was clean, freshly decorated, a good size and new bathroom. The bed was very comfy. Food lovely in restaurant and staff helpful.

The room and in particular the bathroom was old and tired and in need of a major full refurbishment. The bathroom in particular was poorly lit and tired to put it mildly. Having paid £237 for this room i felt absolutely robbed!

Very friendly staff at reception greeted us with a smile will definitely book again in near future nice clean rooms and very organised.

Very convenient hotel, plenty of parking, close to Town Centre. Room was pretty good, and public areas were pretty good too. Service was pretty poor, often no-one manning the reception or the bar, and if you flag someone down, you get that look that suggests they have better things to do.

Excellent value for the International Sports Centre. Great location for Ironbridge and the RAF museum.
