駅前にあり、ケンブリッジビジネスパークまでも徒歩圏内。

客室内の机に電源コンセントが欲しいです。テレビの電源を入れるたびにチャンネルを選びなおす必要があるのは不便です。シャワーの水圧が弱い。シャワールームと洗面所の間にカーテンなど仕切りが欲しい。なお、清掃や食事やスタッフの対応は良好でした。

Three ladies in a group room for 4. The service was good to start off with however we were booked into room 108, which had several splats and pool stains of blood on the walls and carpet. The double sofa bed had a soiled single duvet and no cover and everything was set up for two. We had to make up the spare bed. Under the bed is covered in dust. Needs a good clean! Complained to management and was provided a partial discount. Hotel is convenient near to the station. Overall it’s a no for Novotel unfortunately.

Lovely and very comfy stay. So accessible to train station!

We had a great stay - a lovely big, clean room with air conditioning and fantastic facilities like the gym and the pool. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. On the negative side, you have to go via reception to get a special key card and towels for the gym and pool which is not ideal (they're nowhere near each other). The breakfast had a good variety of items but as it's a large hotel it can be quite chaotic, especially at the weekend

Room was very clean. Fridge and safe nice touch. Air conditioning was great to have.

Lovely, modern hotel in an ideal location for commuting to local area. Only gripe was the air conditioning in my room was not working, which in the heatwave made the room very uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue, it was not fixed and no compensation/alternative was provided.

Breakfast is good, general clean, helpful staff, efficient management for rapid response and great problem solving. Due to busy traffic, reception is general queue from time to time, if fast check out will be available later, it will help.

Spacious and comfortable room but the twin beds were narrower than standard singles which was a shame in such a large room. I didn’t like the glass swing door on the bathroom - a lack of privacy, especially as no lock and if the light isn’t on outside the bathroom, the door became see-through. There was mould on the shower head but apart from that the room was very clean

Staff was very friendly and the location was really good.

Luggage drop off helpful. Air con worked well. Staff friendly. Convenient location for Cambridge North. Good sound proofing / black out. Comfortable bed Less good: With the executive suite I expected more for the cost. No spare pillows so had to go back to reception to ask and they could only find one spare rather than two. Bed sheet loose/ didn't fit bed ( super king rather than king) Stains on sofa. Bathroom door didn't close fully and shower fan didn't appear to be working so steam going into bedroom. Mirrored toilet door... Who wants to watch themselves on the toilet?! Gym/ pool was in a strange location on the other side of the hotel accessed by going to first floor then back down to ground after walking the length of hotel room corridor.

This was a great hotel for our families needs. Room was a good size and it had a mini fridge and a Co-op across the road! The pool was great. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. There is a car park very close to the hotel (train station park and ride' car park), their is a charge - note busy during working hours. 10/15 min bus journey to the centre of Cambridge which was easy to navigate.

The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are so quiet and beds I found comfy. My only criticism was the breakfast. It’s ok for one morning but we had 3 breakfasts and the variety and quality should have been better. No porridge, no smoothies, fruit wasn’t very nice. Not enough types of bread and pastries was very limited.

We stayed here for one night on a Sunday and it definitely met the expectations for the price range. Beforehand I had requested anything complementary as it was our anniversary. I was pleasantly surprised that we were granted an upgrade to a junior suite on the top floor, however bare in mind it was a Sunday and not very busy. They kindly decorated the room for our anniversary which was a lovely touch. Overall, a very peaceful stay for both of us, helped by the lovely staff and topped off by a lovely breakfast. The main attraction was definitely the pool

The bedding on the children’s sofa bed was too small to cover it and only one pillow provided for two children. Housekeeping were asked via the front desk for more but none arrived. The cleanliness of the room was also overall poor

The hotel was well equipped, clean and ideally located with it being a short drive to central Cambridge and also Newmarket. There are numerous public transport facilities with it being located right next to a train station with convenient connections to london and the north. The hotel is situated in a quiet modernised area and the parking is safe and in plentiful availability. The parking is operated by an external provider and can be a faff as there are no physical paystations, with payment being processed via a QR code link or the use of an App, which can be off putting for some older or less tech-savvy guests. However, aside from that, the hotel was lovely, breakfast was delicious with a wide array of options and I would happily return and highly recommend others to stay here. If I was to suggest anything, I would say that the swimming pool changing rooms could benefit from more space and benches in order to sit and get dressed, as well as providing bags for wet clothing or instead having a mini tumble dryer for wet items as is the case in some other hotels.
