Room was cold and the blowers in the ceiling did little to change that. Chrome heated towel rail not turned on and no way to turn it on so the bathroom was really cold and the radiators were turned off in the hallway. Nicely furnished room but spoilt by the lack of warmth.

Plenty of parking decent options in the restaurant 7 am breakfast which was very nice. I would give this hotel 3.7 out of five perfect for a solo business traveller room was clean and comfortable.

I was in room three. first the shower was not working and there was only one towel for a double room with two occupants. There was a lot of noise from what I think was a generator in the room below. This was my worst night in a hotel.The room was clean and set up on point.

Good service at reception, no issues there.
Room was cold when we arrived, it could have been warmed up using the air con, it took an hour for the room to warm up. There were 2 of us staying but only one towel, which had holes in. Could have done with an extra pillow but there were no extras in the room. Definitely stay there again, it’s really convenient for the local amenities and is suitably priced. A good stay, which could be a great stay, if a little bit more thought had been given to us, as guests.

carpet water damaged
food foul, bacon sour, milk off, bread stale. staff unfriendly. Bar in darkness, odd place. Don't bother stay elsewhere

Room was tired, aircon unit in ceiling was damaged.
Water stains in ceiling tiles.
Bathroom could have been cleaner, stains in toilet etc.
Generally comfortable and as tidy as the decoration allowed.
Food was good and breakfast good selection.

Room booked into online was twin doubles in the cottage. When checked in was told now in Redhead suite. Very large lounge area with 1 bed in and separate bedroom with other. New carpet but a few scuff marks on walls and a couple of tatty edges to windows but it’s not rated as 5 star. Decent buffet breakfast and staff were good.
