パーク プラザ リーズ

駅に近いホテルで建物や設備も新しいものでしたが，一点，USB端子がないのは意外でした． 朝食は，1FのChino Latinoで取れます．

リーズ駅から近く便利だった。 すぐ近くに飲食店なども多い。ただ近隣の治安はあまりよくないので夜は出歩かない方が賢明かと思います。 バスタブがあって良かった。 水圧はまあまあといったところだと思う。 部屋はなぜかペット？のような臭いがした。 ホテル内のレストランは夜はやっていなかった。 ルームサービスも週末だったせいかやっていなかった。 朝食は種類も多く満足でした。

Good hotel

Everything is nice.

My stay at Park Plaza Leeds was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is advertised as a four-star property, but based on my travel experience, it does not meet that standard and is closer to a three-star hotel at best. The rooms and facilities feel very dated. The beds, bedside cabinets, and carpets are old, and the carpets were visibly stained. Overall, the hotel appears tired and in need of refurbishment. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Great staff, cool location

Har benyttet Park Plaza mange ganger. Frokosten har hevet seg betraktelig! Meget bra!

Another great stay at the Park Plaza. Good sized room. Quiet, and a great breakfast.

Reception staff were friendly on check in, very dismissive in checkout (left around 7am) and 2 memebers of staff continued to talk and ignore me. The room was comfortable, however marked carpets and wardrobes smeared/ smudged with what I assume is cleaning products. Foul smell in the lift when checking out.

I didn’t eat, bed was rather uncomfortable, mattress felt lump . Rather tired room and could do with updating. Other then that excellent for what we paid and how long we stayed in the room

Great location. Comfortable beds. Large bathtub. Nicely decorated. Reasonable price.

Clean room, great size and friendly staff

Excellent location, just across the road from the railway station. The rooms are in a skyscraper, so was high up in the hotel, but there are plenty of lifts. Very close to all the shops in Leeds too. I didn't book breakfast so can't comment on that. The kettle in my room wouldn't work and the hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit old, but there was another one in the room. I was able to leave my luggage there before check in/after check out.

Room clean and tidy but looking a bit tired.

Night 1 Set room temperature to 16. Woke up at 1am to find it had changed to 18 so reduced to 16. Awoke at 0500 to find the temp at 26. Lights directly about the bed randomly turned on overnight. Raised this with reception and maintenance resolved the random lighting. Night 2 Returned to room at 2200 to find housekeeping had not visited. Temp was again at 26. Rang reception and was promised they would change the temperature centrally. Again 0500 and 26 degrees. Night 3 Housekeeping had been today! Heading 26 again FFS. Spoke with reception and assured they would manage this remotely. 0500 and 26 degrees. Gave up. Got you early and went to work on 5 hrs sleep. Advised reception when I left so hopefully they'll feed room 1602 before the next person sleeps in the oven!
