Great location. Comfortable beds. Large bathtub. Nicely decorated. Reasonable price.

Clean room, great size and friendly staff

Excellent location, just across the road from the railway station. The rooms are in a skyscraper, so was high up in the hotel, but there are plenty of lifts. Very close to all the shops in Leeds too. I didn't book breakfast so can't comment on that. The kettle in my room wouldn't work and the hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit old, but there was another one in the room. I was able to leave my luggage there before check in/after check out.

Room clean and tidy but looking a bit tired.

Night 1 Set room temperature to 16. Woke up at 1am to find it had changed to 18 so reduced to 16. Awoke at 0500 to find the temp at 26. Lights directly about the bed randomly turned on overnight. Raised this with reception and maintenance resolved the random lighting. Night 2 Returned to room at 2200 to find housekeeping had not visited. Temp was again at 26. Rang reception and was promised they would change the temperature centrally. Again 0500 and 26 degrees. Night 3 Housekeeping had been today! Heading 26 again FFS. Spoke with reception and assured they would manage this remotely. 0500 and 26 degrees. Gave up. Got you early and went to work on 5 hrs sleep. Advised reception when I left so hopefully they'll feed room 1602 before the next person sleeps in the oven!

Great hotel

Loved everthing about our stay. Ryan, who answered the phone when i called about where we could park was so helpful. Thank you Ryan. Hotel is situated on the high street, near all the resturants and bars and is right opposite the train station. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all the staff for a brilliant stay. Merry Christmas to you all. 😊

Despite two seperate telephone calls to the hotel to request a room close to the accessible room we had reserved for our son, on arrival we were on the 5th floor and our son was on the 18th floor! Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate us both on the 15th floor. However, the rooms were adequate but somewhat lacking in the comfort expected from paying £200 a night! Breakfast was extra and also a tad disappointing, though the Tea was excellent! Lifts are SLOW and random. Wheelchair access and egress is through a FIRE EXIT, there is NO parking at the hotel and nearest parking is a 5 minute walk but will take 20-30 mins to drive to! The accessible room was very good but some of the equipment was missing or broken. We were offered a refund on departure - but as yet, 10 days later - no refund has arrived! If you must stay here, the train station is right across the road, so come by train!

No shampoo and no shower jell in room. No been filled 😏😏

Clean room but basic standard. Rated Executive by property but I suspect only because of view from room across Leeds and perhaps a little more space. It’s the little things… I’d expect a 4 star executive room to have USB charging points for example. Breakfast was very good. Good variety and service ok.

Hall not hoovered . Tap in bathroom difficult design to turn off so was left dripping. Woken up numerous times over night with drunk noisy neighbours. Couldn’t get a seat in bar . Lovely reception staff who allowed us to check in early . Light for carbon monoxide monitors really bright in room . Mattress not fab
