Draft beer pumps out of action. Italian restaurant not open. Unable to watch sports due to room booked out. Steam room not functioning due to child constant access running in & out. Room above was extremely noisy with beds/ chairs dragging and kids running around until late at night.

Honestly a bit of a let down. Paid extra for airport view. Couldn’t see anything due to the condensation on the window. Room was nice but the bed was maybe a bit too firm. I would just pay for a normal room then rating would be higher. Biggest gripe was the restaurants service. Took like 20 minutes to get served. Servers were just standing around not doing anything and trying to get their attention was impossible. Pricing was a rip off for what it was. I know you are limited for choice but still. It is convenient with the hotel hoppa service. For £40 more we could have stayed at the Sheraton by T5, so might look tab to at next time

Over complicated check in. Overpriced food and drink. Gym and pool area was a joke, changing for the pool was out the facility, down the hall through the hotel into a random room; same again upon a wet return. General condition of wall and floor coverings and fixtures were scruffy.
