The concierge Steve was wonderful. He helped me arrange a trip into downtown London. He was always asking if he could help the hotel guests with anything. GREAT Guy! The hotel was very clean, very nice rooms and great staff. I would recommend this hotel.

We would jave appreciated to have a little bit of help with a porter to assist us in carrying our luggage to our room.
What happened to hotel hospitality, its has completely gone down hill.
Especially in the UK, the staff did not care about the guest.
Very bad service.

Close to the airport , breakfast was huge. My only complaint is the interior color of the rooms, they used black paint. At night and early morning I had the hardest time getting to the bathroom light switch without running into the wall

Fire alarm sounded twice in the afternoon while I was napping. Also, the fire doors just outside our room were being banged open and shut a lot of the time even late at night, even though they were supposed to be held open (unless there is a fire).
Breakfast was excellent and bar/restaurant staff very good. Minor renovations were going on in the lobby area which was mildly inconvenient.

We always stay at the Radisson Red when we arrive at LHR from the US. Hotel is close cab ride from the airport. Rooms are nice and clean. Good fit for family of four. Even when checking in late food is available which helps when traveling with children.

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT the fire alarm went off at 1:50 am for no apparent reason. I couldn't go back to sleep and it made the long journey home difficult. Very disappointing

Honestly it was really hard to get to and from this hotel. The shuttle was very late and very expansive and btw different prices going and coming ! The bar was very expensive but the staff were helpful. The rooms were very nice but beware it’s a tricky room. The lighting is dark and the bathrooms have spots that seniors can trip on. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were great. There was sub optimal check in with little to no help. There was computer check in. The Italian restaurant staff distracted. Service was poor. Even as advertised on menu that gluten free could be accommodated, I was told there was only one option available that night.
The room fortunately, was the best part of this night overnight stay. Disappointed with everything else.
