房間整體很整潔及大！

Brilliant from the first minute we walked in everything was so smooth and the rooms are great

My self and 2 adult kids stayed in a family room prior to an early flight from Heathrow the next day. The hotel appears quite new and looked nice. It was very very busy. The room was good, large king bed and bunk beds my son (6ft +) slept in no problem. Coffee machine (always a plus with me) and free water. Bathroom was large and good shower. Bed comfy but didn’t like the pillows. There were queues for the restaurant and bar so went across the road to the pub which, despite free tables of 2 didn’t want to put two together and seat us which was disappointing. Walked 10 mins down the road to another brand of hotel and ate at a large Carluccios (within the hotel), lovely meal and cocktails, good service. Ideal location for T3 (just 5 mins). If travelling through Heathrow would stay again if needed.

Good hotel but parking is a nightmare

The concierge Steve was wonderful. He helped me arrange a trip into downtown London. He was always asking if he could help the hotel guests with anything. GREAT Guy! The hotel was very clean, very nice rooms and great staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Solid, simple, chic, conveniently located

Close to the airport , breakfast was huge. My only complaint is the interior color of the rooms, they used black paint. At night and early morning I had the hardest time getting to the bathroom light switch without running into the wall

Fire alarm sounded twice in the afternoon while I was napping. Also, the fire doors just outside our room were being banged open and shut a lot of the time even late at night, even though they were supposed to be held open (unless there is a fire). Breakfast was excellent and bar/restaurant staff very good. Minor renovations were going on in the lobby area which was mildly inconvenient.

We would jave appreciated to have a little bit of help with a porter to assist us in carrying our luggage to our room. What happened to hotel hospitality, its has completely gone down hill. Especially in the UK, the staff did not care about the guest. Very bad service.

Lighting in room was very dark. Room service menu very limited. Breakfast was average. Room was clean, good water pressure and check in straightforward

Good for an airport hotel

Very friendly staff to check me in and check me out. Restaurant staff less friendly

We always stay at the Radisson Red when we arrive at LHR from the US. Hotel is close cab ride from the airport. Rooms are nice and clean. Good fit for family of four. Even when checking in late food is available which helps when traveling with children.

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT the fire alarm went off at 1:50 am for no apparent reason. I couldn't go back to sleep and it made the long journey home difficult. Very disappointing
