This was our 2nd n8ght in 2 weeks. Our 1st room.was a superior room.and this room was a standard room We prefered the standard room . The swimming pool is warm and i had to myself

My wife and I stayed here prior to departing London to return to the US. The hotel was very conveniently located to Heathrow Airport, very clean, nicely appointed, the rooms were great and had a couple of dining options within the hotel. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great stay. Always pleasant friendly staff. Bar food is good.

We stayed here with our 6 year old. She loved the bunk beds and the pool. Although the pool is more of a lap pool, it was nice to hop in it. We ordered room service and it was fairly quick and tasted great. The bus to the airport seems to be busy and skipped over our stop of be prepared to wait or order an uber for about the same cost as the bus.

Relaxing hotel. Beautiful and spotless. The bar area has a real buzz. The car park is too small for the number of cars that use it, though, with a lot of people having to park anywhere they can find.

Overall experience was very good just a couple of things let it down - breakfast room was very busy with no set places and empty plates on tables annoyingly the top level was closed off with people wondering around to find a dirty table to sit at.

Professional and helpful front desk. Easy bus to airport terminals (public transport at bus stop). Clean and nice amenities.

Rude people

Face wash cloths were not provided. When asked. staff stated that the hotel did not provide same.

Lovely hotel great staff

Everything is great other than the horrible self check-in check-out kiosks they put in there. Have those kiosks for busy times but it doesnt make any sense not to make your guests feel welcomed by having an in-person check-in process.

I love the ambience and the daily cleaning. Also, very good food.

Practical hotel for short stay in uk

The service was excellent. I think it was Mario at the reception. During two separate visit he helped us. Also housekeeping was good. The only draw back was food was not that great but again the service at the bar was good also. Location for Terminal 1-2-3 perfect but not for 4 and 5.

I loved the large hotel rooms and its not often you have a swimming pool at an airport hotel but this was brillient. The only bad thing was the heating thru the hotel was far too hot to be comfortable, but over all would come here again definetly

Nice hotel,

Very nice hotel, clean and close to the airport! One thing that wasn’t made explicitly clear was the at the shuttle to the airport costs Money, and that breakfast wasn’t included. That was a little irritating. I also had to spend $30 to Uber to the hotel since there wasn’t a bus going there. So it really wasn’t that much of a money saver to stay there vs a hotel on the airport property. Hotel was beautiful and nice but probably wouldn’t stay there again just because it would probably be easier to stay at a hotel at Heathrow and the cost, after all the extras added up, would be about the same

Excellent. Few mins away from airport. Clean and comfy.
