Nice hotel next to Heathrow. Room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and nice bathroom. Room has A/C which was nice. Hotel is not close to public transport so be aware of that when booking.

I spent one night preparing for a morning flight. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I never left the room but the grounds seemed comfortable and quiet too. There was a bar and restaurant as well. I easily caught the shuttle to Heathrow the next morning and was on my way.

A very busy airport hotel with tour buses and large groups coming and going. Don’t bother with the 90 GBP early check in fee as it isn’t a guarantee of an available room, it just allows you to check in IF - by chance - a room is available. If traveling with kids, note that there is a 5 GBP per person charge to use the pool EACH TIME they want to go (per session, rather than per day). This adds up quick! The lobby was packed with luggage on our arrival and each area (check in, luggage check, bar, etc.) seemed understaffed (though the staff were friendly). The check in process is self-serve, so be prepared with your registration/confirmation number to type it in. Food for the bar/lounge is rolled on carts through the main lobby from the restaurant. We ordered room service and the pizzas went down well with the kids. If arriving in the late afternoon and not planning to use amenities, I would recommend.

Clean room also in new condition staff not that accommodating airport shuttle is not free it’s hotel hoppa £7 or bus £1.75
On arrival our power Kept going off I complained to staff and they said they couldn’t change my room as they were fully booked and they said they would send up a technician, I said so what do I do just sit in the room in the dark not being able to do anything. I said that’s just not good enough
He checked again and then gave me a different room.

This is a very busy hotel. The airconditioning in my room was not working during the recent heat wave. I let reception know and she said an engineer would have a look which did not happen during my stay. One has to pay GBP 5 to use the pool. I never needed to do this at any hotel. I was told breakfast was starting at 6.00. However when I was there the restaurant was busy and I was advised that it was available from 5.30. I only had 20 minutes and it was a rush. Taxi transfer to the airport is a minimum of GBP 10. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Found a used chocolate paper on the floor under the bed, but otherwise felt clean. Was pleasently surprised to see that it was not just the lobby area that looked nice. You need a paid shuttle or taxi to the hotel from the airport, but it was only £12 for a cab for all 4 of us with tons of luggage.
