便利なところでした サファイア ホテルの並びの 7件先のパールホテルというところに泊まることになりました　ホテルが引っ越ししたようです　夜に着いたので それには驚きました　 ひどく 狭いですけど シャーワーは使いやすかったです

スタッフの対応は優しかったです。ただ、パトカーが頻繁に通っている道路に面していたが、防音設備が全くなく、常に車の音が聞こえる状態でした。

清掃が不十分

周囲の部屋の音がうるさく、恐らく上の階の人のいびきまでしっかり聞こえた。扉のすき間から明かりが入ってきて、セキュリティ面でも寝る時に不安になった。

快適に過ごせました

Cheapest hotel in London. I enjoyed a week-long trip to England using this as my base. Access is great, simple facilities, amenity exchange, everything is fine.

Perfect

Bon accueil (situé à 50 mètres) Chambre correcte mais qui nécessiterait un coup de frais (moquettes, poignées des fenêtres et des portes) Chambre équipée d'un ventilateur sur un mur, appréciable en été.

Overall not a bad stay. Quite close to train stations and lots of shops around. The room was a bit hot because even though there was a fan there wasn’t much breeze pushed out of it. Staff were responsive and helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth as well. The sheets were a bit dirty as well and weren’t changed daily nor were towels changed. Would recommend changing those especially if guests are staying longer than 2 days.

It was ok

The size of the room was a pleasant surprise. There's a large window so excessive heating is not an issue (also a wall fan which works well). Members I met at the reception were very kind and inviting - Falguni and Adil. Would recommend for solo/couple travellers looking for reasonably priced options.

I don’t recommend

A convenient hotel with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from Shepherd's Bush underground station.

Good location and easy access by bus to White City and Shepherds Bush station or short walk. Had a double room and it was a good size, came with a fridge and smart TV. Rooms were cleaned everyday and it is pretty comfortableand good value for money. Note that you have to collect your keys a few doors away, so if you are in a taxi and have heavy bags, be aware.

The room that we stayed at was a standard small size double bed room. It was clean and had fresh clean towels. The room wasn’t dusty at all. The shower was a little small but once again it was a smaller room. The water pressure was surprisingly really good. The morning Ang night staff were so nice and helpful. The only reason why I’m giving it four stars instead of five it’s because the hotel did not have AC which I did not know was a thing in London. There was a fan in our room and we were able to open up our windows, but it was so hot but once again I do not blame the hotel because apparently when my daughter and I booked our stay, it just happened to be during a heat wave.
