The size of the room was a pleasant surprise. There's a large window so excessive heating is not an issue (also a wall fan which works well). Members I met at the reception were very kind and inviting - Falguni and Adil. Would recommend for solo/couple travellers looking for reasonably priced options.

A convenient hotel with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from Shepherd's Bush underground station.

Room was lovely with windows that could be opened letting in the much needed breeze during this heatwave! Staff were friendly letting us leave our luggage in the office before 3pm booking in. Thank you for allowing us to enter our room an hour earlier without charge. The little fridge was a fantastic surprise ( a very good idea that most hotels don’t consider) Another good reason we picked Sapphire is the availability of twin rooms so friends and relatives can have one room and share the cost, rather than the inconvenience of sharing a double bed. My Cousin and I will definitely be staying again on our next excursion to London. Superb location as SB has everything to offer with friendliness. Thank you team Sapphire from Karen and Kelly 👍

Overall not a bad stay. Quite close to train stations and lots of shops around. The room was a bit hot because even though there was a fan there wasn’t much breeze pushed out of it. Staff were responsive and helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth as well. The sheets were a bit dirty as well and weren’t changed daily nor were towels changed. Would recommend changing those especially if guests are staying longer than 2 days.

Good location and easy access by bus to White City and Shepherds Bush station or short walk. Had a double room and it was a good size, came with a fridge and smart TV. Rooms were cleaned everyday and it is pretty comfortableand good value for money. Note that you have to collect your keys a few doors away, so if you are in a taxi and have heavy bags, be aware.

The room that we stayed at was a standard small size double bed room. It was clean and had fresh clean towels. The room wasn’t dusty at all. The shower was a little small but once again it was a smaller room. The water pressure was surprisingly really good. The morning Ang night staff were so nice and helpful.
The only reason why I’m giving it four stars instead of five it’s because the hotel did not have AC which I did not know was a thing in London. There was a fan in our room and we were able to open up our windows, but it was so hot but once again I do not blame the hotel because apparently when my daughter and I booked our stay, it just happened to be during a heat wave.

Good location, easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and Sainsbury local 2 mins away.
It's a no frills hotel and you get what you pay for.
My only advice is in summer, do not stay here, the heat in the room is almost unbearable, there's no AC and it's cooler outside than in the room. Would be much more comfortable in winter.
Owners are very nice, hotel is cheap for a reason, a bed and shower but no more which is fine if that's all you need.

It was extremely hot and very hard to sleep.
There was a fan but still too hot. WiFi was not working and when I wanted to check out, the guy at the reception was not available
