The property is very very noisy. The street notices come straight in the room. Curtains didn’t close properly so light kept coming in. Difficult to sleep with all the noise

La habitación privada con baño privado fue nuestra mejor elección. Es pequeña, pero cumple exactamente con las necesidades. Es como en las fotos, tiene un balcón propio. Te reponen toallas y café todos los días. Esta a 5 min de unos de los centros comerciales más grandes de la ciudad y del subte. Ubicación segura e inmejorable! Seguro volveremos. Sumamente recomendable!!

Spacoius room, clean, quite. Good price

This is a nice hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. When we arrived late because of the tube strike the manager kindly waited for us to check us in.

Decent room for the price. Not super nice but a great location.

The hotel served its purpose for us. It was clean and comfortable staff friendly. Set up was a bit odd with check-in actually in a different hotel and the room in a separate building. All in all clean room in decent location fine for one night

I enjoyed the fact that there were numerous shops and eateries around . It was a good atmosphere. The hotel should however ensure that the rooms are hovered regularly and at least washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned a bit regularly when there is a guest in.

I do not recomend this Hotel to any travellers, terrible condition, i had a bad experience to this Hotel, room was super dirty staff are not accommodating, Bed was super dirty, not comportable to stay for travellers

Very convenient location, lots of dining choices nearby, a small Sainsburys adjacent to the hotel, and very pleasant reception staff. Room could have been cleaner and looked a bit tired, but it's nothing that would put you off staying and is reflected in the price. Will stay there again next time I'm down that way.

We did not end up staying in the Saffire hotel as when we got there as looked like there was work getting done, we were directed to a couple of doors down to a different hotel - pearl hotel. We were placed in a basement room which had a very strong smell of damp! The fire alarm outside the door was beeping none stop to which we were told someone was coming today to fix it which they didn’t. There was even anti mould paint left out that they had been using!! It was not good - damp and no fire alarm in a basement room is a health risk! Requested to move room due to the smell and noise. Moved into the pearl hotel which was better. Very basic but comfy bed and nice big windows. Was okay for what it was didn’t have much. Tea and coffee, but no milk. Cleaner had been in and left windows open so it was freezing when we got in, and it had been raining. Was an alright stay but confused why we were able to book the saffire hotel when it wasn’t there where we were put! So room was different to what we booked so not very impressed with that. Location was good, close to transport.

The proper manager was unbelievably rude. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated like that before. This is a terrible property. The bathroom had a nauseating smell. The fan didn’t work. It was hot and we had to drag her suitcases up six flights of stairs. With the windows open, sirens, blared, people yelled on the streets and big trucks rambled by all night. Never, never never.

Value for money but ten minute walk to nearest tube and very basic and small . Ok for builders working away but not family.

I don’t understand all the negative comments. It’s in a good area and very easy to reach the transport. There are a lot of good food spots and shopping facilities nearby. Its not a 5 star hotel but absolutely ok to stay there. I‘d definitely book it again.

Basic value hotel, but in need of some updating. The carpet was in a terrible state and the chair was broken.
