My friend and I stayed at the Sapphire hotel due to its close location to the Heathrow airport. The room unfortunately was extremely hot and muggy, the bathroom had black mold in it and our towels were not fully clean upon arrival. The staff were friendly which was the highlight. We would not stay here again.

Nice little hotel for a 1-2 night stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that the rooms are not very sound proof but the location compensates for the inconvenience

I originally booked two rooms with the Sapphire Hotel, one for my wife and I and the other for my brother, his wife and her friend. Just prior to us arriving I received emails stating that one of our rooms may have to be booked with another one of the hotels as they are connected. I responded and was informed that all of us would be staying at the Sapphire. When we arrived I was informed again that one room was going to be at the Sapphire and the other at the Pearl or we coukd stay at the Pearl, whuch we did. The rooms were dirty, old, the bed in our room was old and lumpy with a huge spot where it was worn out. The rooms looked nothing like what I had booked and we were definitely downgraded and charged the same amount. The fire alarm went of several times on afternoon and nobody was in the office to ask it there was a problem. Taje my advice and stay elsewhere.

It was a very poor experience. I needed the hotel for just couple of hours as I was there in London for work as a Dj… Tried to call the reception as it says 24h but no one answered. Just to get there and a man in pyjamas open to tell me I had to wait until 11am for early check in and pay £20.. even though I have to go elsewhere because I have to sleep somewhere before my train at 12… they couldn’t be kind enough to issue a refund. Horrible experience felt robbed!

Good location in near of westfield mall. Many shopping possibilities and restaurants. The only thing we dont like was that you could hear your neighbours cause of your thin walls

Solid place to stay. Close to the Shepard's bush & Hammersmith tube stations. Also, several grocery options, restaurants, Laundry across the street, & close to Westfield London shopping mall. 12 nights from mid-March 2025. Negatives: It was colder than normal for the time of the year... But never the less, I really could never adjust the heat to put out more. I was kinda freezing at times. The provided hair dryer was used to help with this. Electrical outlets were too scarce & one key location was blocked. There was something broken off obstructing one of the few of these, near the kettle/fridge area, necessitating using one plug for the kettle or for the fridge; but not both at the same time. I talked to the manager about this & he looked at it, but ultimately nothing was ever done about it. Half the lights middle of room were not working. Mirror light not working. No built-in USB ports. Had to buy an adapter for 8 pounds at the Tesco. No towel bars. Wi-Fi was only fair & weak signal at times. Positives: Check-in was easy. Room #63 off of building #37 was tucked in the back, nobody below or above with a patio & a private hidden garden. This was a free upgrade from a more ordinary room. This room was great with lot's of natural light, clean, and quiet. Room had a mini refrigerator & a kettle which is essential as I don't eat out. Bed was comfortable. Sheets & towels were clean. Water was hot. Adjustable hand held shower head is always better than a fixed head.

部屋は小さかったですが、ロンドンでこの値段なら相応の価格だと思います。観光のため一日中外に出ていて、寝るためだけに部屋を使っていたので、充分快適でした。 部屋には湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫があって助かりました。お茶やコーヒー、ミルクが使った分は毎日補充されました。タオルも毎日きれいなものに交換してくれました。 充電器のアダプターを忘れたのですが、ホテルのスタッフさんが何度も丁寧に対応してくれて、事なきを得ました。スタッフさんは毎回違う人でしたが、みんな親切で優しかったです。すごく気持ちよく滞在できました。

The stay was not Nice at all.. There’s No fan in the room and the Bed is not comfortable at all.. above all … Receptionist is not a Nice person .. Very room

Friendly service, clean room suitably appointed given the price I paid. Problem with the drain in the shower which was reported but overall very pleased with my stay.

Trevligt hotell, trevlig personal. Daglig städning med handduksbyte o s v. Bodde i ett enkelrum som var ganska litet men funktionellt så när som på badrummet. Duschkabinen var relativt liten, men det var inga bekymmer att duscha. Däremot sitter toalettstolen på ett sådant sätt att det var nästan som ett yogapass för att gå på toaletten. Jag slog knät i vattenlåset, det satt en hållare för tandborstglas som nästan gick in i överarmen och så vidare. Jag vill poängtera att rummet i övrigt var litet men funktionellt och att jag trivdes på hotellet, men man bör vara medveten om att toaletten är väldigt liten. Att ta bort de oanvända hållarna för tandbortsglas, flytta handfatet närmare duschkabinen och vända vattenlåset åt andra hållet skulle göra underverk.

Regardless of what people said, it was clean and affordable. Perfect for a budget savvy traveler. Reception was incredibly kind and helpful for early checkin.

Overall it was an average experience.Before getting there I got a message telling us to check in at the sister hotel a few doors down and we were asked to stay there. But that was no problem. They are probably all of the same quality. I had a minor problem with the room heater, as I could not find an authorised person in the hotel at night and I was not told how to adjust it, first night was kind of cold. The next day, after receiving the necessary information, I turned the heater on and it was more than enough to heat the room. The first night, however, I was cold, and there was a cold breeze as the window did not fit snugly into the frame. The room had probably been freshly painted, which is good, but the curtain (which resembled a shower curtain and did not completely cover the window) was full of fresh paint stains. Finally, the shower cubicle (especially the sealant etc.) was very dirty and mouldy in places. There were hairs on the floor and on the tiles lining the bathroom wall (probably stuck there by steam). All in all, a reasonably priced hotel of acceptable quality in a location that can be considered good. I didn't have any problems that would make me regret my choice. All hotels can have minor problems. At least the team were solution orientated, which is enough.
