困った事の対応が良い

バスタブの無い部屋でしたが、ジムが利用可能で、そちらにジャグジーもあり全く問題なかった。もう1泊したかった。フロントが細かく要望を聞き出してくれました。そして可能な限り対応してくれました。ベッドメイキングも素晴らしく^_^寝るのがもったいない感じ。

6月上旬ｽｰﾍﾟﾘｱﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾙｰﾑに宿泊。駐車場は台数少ないが止められた（1晩￡15）。駐車証を渡されるのでそれをﾀﾞｯｼｭﾎﾞｰﾄﾞに置いておく。 まずｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰの床ﾏｯﾄが汚い。ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀ内・廊下は塩素臭がする。部屋はﾗｲﾄが少なく薄暗い。ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ上に無駄なｸｯｼｮﾝが5個も置いてある。洗面所のｼﾝｸは水栓の形が悪く少しでも水を沢山出すと周りに飛び散る。ﾄｲﾚ入口に裸のﾋｰﾀｰがあるのでうっかりそれに触れると火傷をする。「熱いので注意」と英語で書かれているが、子供がいる人は要注意！！私自身も何度か肘に当たり火傷をしそうになった。ﾀｵﾙ類は充実している。ｼｬﾜｰは固定式。 ３連泊したが、２日目からﾎﾞｲﾗｰ故障で湯が出なくなった。ﾌﾛﾝﾄに「湯が出ない」と連絡すると「1時間で直る」。再度連絡すると「今日中に直る」。次には「明日の朝には直る」と逃げるばかり。結局、湯が出たのは最初の１日だけで残りの２日間は水のｼｬﾜｰを浴びる羽目となった。心臓発作を起こさないかとﾊﾗﾊﾗであった。以前の口コミにも「ｼｬﾜｰの湯が出なかった」とあったがまさかの同じ状況であった。併設しているｽﾊﾟのｼｬﾜｰも使えないと言われた。ﾎﾃﾙ全体で湯が出ないそうである。日本で同じ事が起こったらどうするであろう？近隣ﾎﾃﾙのｼｬﾜｰを使わせるとか宿泊代を割引するとか対処するのではないか。なぜこのﾎﾃﾙが四つ星なのか？なぜｴｸｽﾍﾟﾃﾞｨｱがこんな劣悪なﾎﾃﾙを扱っているのか不思議である。今までの人生で一番最悪なﾎﾃﾙであった。もう2度と泊まらない

ホテル自体は無難なホテルです。 冷蔵庫等、必要なものはおおよそ揃っています。 ただ、Hounslowという町そのものがあまりいい街ではなさそうでした、、、

Check-in was fast. Room was clean and in good condition. In the morning watch out for the housekeeping staff entering the room unexpectedly, even if the 'Do Not Disturb' sign is on the door.

ホテルは駅から徒歩５分くらいで、場所はとても分かりやすかった。ただ、駅は階段しかなく、重い荷物を持っての上り下りに苦労した。 ホテル自体は、大きくもなく小さくもなく中くらいの規模。 部屋は、数ポンドの差だったのでスーペリアルームにしたが、清潔で広かった。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみ。シャワーは固定されていて不便。 Wifi は無料で、不自由なく利用できた。 エレベータは、客室用カードがないと動かない仕組みになっている。ただ、古くて遅いのが難。 チェックアウト後も、荷物を無料で預かってもらえた。 全体的にこれといった特徴はないが、必要なサービスは大体揃っている。機会があればまた利用すると思う。

4 stops from LHR Terminal 5 on Picadely line, 5 minutes walk from Hounslow central station. Well furnished room with access to Gold gym and a swimming pool. There is a local shopping area and late opening supermarket within 10 minutes walk.

清潔感のある部屋、ジムも利用でき快適にロンドンでの観光を満喫できるが、ロンドン中心街からちょっと距離があるのがやや難。

ボイラー故障でお湯が全く出ずシャワーができませんでした。修理は翌日といわれ結局シャワーはできないままでした。

都心から離れているものの、駅に近く、周辺にスーパーがあるなど、利便性は高いと感じました。 ただ、廊下などでハエが飛んでいたので、不衛生に感じましたが、それ以外は清潔でした。

Thoroughly enjoyed hot tub and proximity to the High Street and its shops.. Breakfast menu could be improved or maybe a contental breakfast could be added.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wurde im Hotel nicht angeboten obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Man hätte in ein Café in der Nähe gehen müssen. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Zimmer toll aus, auf den zweiten Blick sieht man aber viele Mängel. Abgeplatztes Furnier am Nachttisch, die Schrauben fast aller Armaturen im Bad sind lose, schwarze Flecken in der Dusche unter dem Seifengitter, lose Tapete über den Fußleisten hinter dem Nachtschrank.

The room was tidy but very dusty. The windows are unable to open so you have no fresh air and the AC/Fan was choking of old age... sounding like a diesel engine. The restaurant had no English breakfast available - the only choice was Indian breakfast. The restaurant had no choice of any other cuisine other then Indian. I enquired about the room service but they stated they did not do room service... this needs to be changed on your website as well as the food options being British. This hotel should not be deemed as a 4 star hotel, it needs to be changed to a 2 star hotel. This way, the customer knows what they are paying for. Huge mistake booking the hotel. Never again! Customers beware as of this hotel. Trust me when I say, spend your money at Premier Inn, Travelodge or anywhere else but do not be deceived by this hotels website as you will be highly disappointed and not value for money. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The amenities

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the room appeared clean, there was a strong, trapped perfume smell that seemed to be covering a lack of proper ventilation. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The staff on reception are very friendly, but the air conditioning and room ventilation really need improvement. the corridors had strong smell of pool and restaurant curry smell. Unfortunately, the pool experience was shocking. There was a lot of visible dirt in the water, which was very concerning with even hair trapped into the plastic side filters. The pool is open to the public as well as gym members, and even during the designated children’s hours it was extremely crowded, with couples using the pool at the same time. Overall, it felt poorly managed and unhygienic. I would not go there again.

Nice comfortable stay, easy access to everywhere, good location. Nice swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.

Firstly, the only relationship this hotel has with Heathrow is that the planes fly nearly over head. You’re looking at a 5 mile drive to Terminal 5 (or about 5 stops on the Piccadilly Line). The glamorous photos of the pool area are actually part of a Gold’s Gym on the premises. The changing facilities (only speaking for the male side) are tatty with half of the showers out of order and a lot of testosterone strutting about like they own the place. Parking is very limited, with very small spaces and a lot of columns (holding up the building). Parking is also another £20 for an over night stay. Finally, there is NO BREAKFAST. There is an externally run Indian restaurant, where the hotel restaurant and bar would have been in a previous incarnation, but note, this hotel does not provide any form of breakfast. It’s cheap for a reason. Would I return? Simply put… no.

We arrived at nine am, were lucky enough to find a parking space and were offered early check-in. Amazing service on a rugby match day
