Everything was perfect for the wind down to my trip before I took the long journey home to the West country by Car. The spa amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful and polite. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent also. All this at a very reasonable price And with easy access to the airport.

Very poor condition. Images online are at angles that make the property look far from what it was. The key card holder was hanging off for the power. 1 pillows per person. No nets at the windows and as the lighting was so dim, you had to sit in darkness if you wanted privacy as the flats opposite look directly into the rooms. No hand towels. Half used toilet roll on a shelf. Not even on a holder. A plug socket was ripped off the wall with all the wires hanging out. The one and only lift could barely fit 2 people in it. The hotel itself had a very strong aroma of Indian food and in the hot weather was unbearable. The carpets were barely down and were loose fitting and felt like they needed a good hoover. No light and vanity mirror or a full length mirror. Would never stay again.

Nice hotel with plenty on parking nearby. Great reception staff and a lovely room with great amenities. Shower was ok, not awesome! Breakfast - only Indian style breakfast available. There is a lovely cafe 80 metres up the road.

The hotel was clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room. The Wi-Fi was very poor and kept dropping out, making it difficult to stay connected. The TV remote didn't work, which was frustrating, and the air conditioning was completely ineffective. As a result, the room felt like an oven and was very uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, while the staff were nice and the hotel was reasonably clean, the lack of reliable Wi-Fi and the problems with the room amenities significantly affected my stay.

More like a 2 rather than 4 stars. Hotel was quite dirty and not well maintained. Room was ok but aircon didn’t work properly and there were some basics missing. Area around the hotel is also not the best. Wouldn’t return or recommend

Allereerst was het inchecken prima, daarna kwamen we hotel kamer binnen: VERSCHRIKKELIJK VIEZE KAMER EN GEEN AIRCO DUS HET STONK NAAR ROTTEN EI EN VIEZIGHEID. We liepen naar receptie om staff member te vragen over airco, wc spoelt niet door, wasbak kon water niet legen> verstopt + low pressure, en er was geen raam zoals op de foto en TV werkt ook niet. De staff member was onaardig en deed niets om te fiksen. We kwamen schoonmaker tegen en ze gaf ons een ventilator. Van de staff mochten we geen andere kamer. Voor het zwembad deed de staff ook onaardig en vervelend over handdoek, hierdoor moesten we terug lopen naar de kamer om die handdoeken op te halen. De zwembad zat op -1 en hotelkamer op 3. De volgende dag vroegen we weer of we nieuwe kamer mochten en anders airco fiksen, ze werden helemaal boos op ons en zeiden dat het niet aan hun lag dat heel 3e verdieping warm en zonder airco zat. Ben bij blij dat we weg waren gegaan. DUS BOEK DEZE HOTEL NIET HET IS GEEN 4sterren, alles is vies en oud en airco doet niet, zowel koud als warm niet.PERSONEEL WAS OOK VERSCHRIKKELIJK EN NIET BEHULPZAAM!!!

Très déçu par cet hôtel. La fenêtre de la chambre ne s’ouvre même pas, il y avait une mauvaise odeur en permanence et la chambre n’était pas propre. De plus, la salle de sport et la piscine ne sont pas réservées aux clients de l’hôtel mais partagées avec des personnes extérieures, ce qui n’était pas précisé. Le parking est également beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée. L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas alors qu’on était au 4e étage. Je ne recommande pas.

Passable, and fit us right for 4 nights. Pool was good too, staff were nice. They gave us a late check out for free and which really helped. Aircon didn’t work very well and the room became very hot very quickly.

Super convenient to the tube, Hounslow Central Station. Barely a block walk. Perfect for a fitness conscious pass-through or solo travelers. Probably not ideal for families. The hotel looks like it was trying to be some trendy/design-y hotel in the early 2000s-2010s and hasn't been updated since. It's a bit worn looking but otherwise felt very clean and well maintained. The staff was especially accommodating and helpful. Rooms was decently sized. The on-site Indian restaurant looked nice but I found the Hounslow Market food court just up the street has a lot more options and much better priced. Everything I had there was delicious. - I booked this as a stay over coming from Heathrow. The draw for me was the gym facilities which are actually an entire Gold's Gym in the basement that you get access too as a guest. Some notes on the Gold's Gym - a bit worn down but generally clean enough - has plenty of showers and lockers in changing room - sauna was always very hot and accessible - pool was pretty cloudy and does not have any bottom paint, swim lines, or swim lanes so doing laps is very challenging - but otherwise a nice pool - plenty of free weights and bench areas - overall a solid home base for a layover or stop on your way to London if you want good fitness amenities - you are sharing the gym with normal members, but never found it too crowded. -- re: other reviews - there was no pool smell or Indian food smell in my room - overall pleasant stay.

There are plenty of other options locally for a similar price that I’d suggest you explore. The property is poorly maintained outside of the rooms. The rooms aren’t much better, very tatty and a bit grim if I’m honest, they’ve have been well photographed. It wasn’t clean either in my opinion, tobacco dropped on my seat which had an awful cover… not sure what it was covering up. Bathroom was dirty with the toilet seat not being cleaned, limescale on all the fittings, shower door didn’t close, overall the toilet really not good. There were a number of staff that were super helpful, but others that were not at all. I’m unsure whether it’s policy or not, but very inefficient. When I raised a concern after initial check in, I was then woken at 11PM by a phone call to try to rectify… lovely, but 11PM when you’re asleep, just wait until the morning or respond via email perhaps? Also, if one of the things that’s drawing you in is the gym, steer well clear! It’s so dirty, equipment isn’t well maintained and again, the policies are so stupid with paperwork every day. Max I’d give it is a 2/5 star rating, and that’s only because the staff were helpful. If it wasn’t for them it’d be worse. The 4 star rating the hotel gives itself is purely because it has got the facilities, but just having them vs maintaining them to a high standard are very different.
