Very good

enjoyed my stay and breakfast. All staffs were kind and wonderful.

Location is very convenient, quiet and safe. Only 6-7 minutes walk to museums and South Kensington Station. The room is clean and comfortable. I want to come back to this hotel again.

Everything that was under the staff’s control was great. Only downside was that we were assaulted by cigarette smoke from another guest the first 3 days. Staff finally tracked down the source and our room was smoke free for the remaining days.

Servicio excelente, comida, calidad en todo, pero el precio no justifica las instalaciones tan pequeñas, mido 1.70 y peso 65kg a aún así pegaba en todas partes. El hotel necesita equilibrar poco más algunas cosas, ascensores muy lentos y viejos y la calidad en mano de obra en muchos espacios. Lo recomiendo para estancias muy muy cortas o para disfrutar de sus desayunos y cenas. Felicidades al servicio y detalles en habitación.

Fantastic staff

Room was beautiful and staff were great except for staff in bar. Wasn’t very welcoming and my drink wasn’t quite right. Otherwise everything else great.

Staffs are friendly, room is very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious

The staff was very helpful and treated us like a royalty.

The room itself was excellent, quiet, clean and well cared for. The main restaurant lacked energy or music to entice us to have a meal or even a beverage. We did not appreciate on check out this morning the suggestion of a discretionary gratuity for the staff which equated to $250 CDN for our 7 night stay. The invoice was presented and we declined. No final checkout receipt was received. As well the cc deposit taken on arrival Sept 24 for our 7 night stay of $934,CDN is yet to be returned/ credited to our visa. Disappointing!

Beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street just steps from the V&A and natural history museums. Very close to the S. Kensington tube station. High end shopping abounds. Very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again.

Over priced and photos on the site did not give a true impression of what we booked. Bar and mini bar in room extortionate. Restaurant over priced and £30 for breakfast which thought would have been included seeing as I paid nearly £900 for 2 nights this was not included. Additional service charges added for drinking in the in house bar and normal maid service was also an additional service charge was added without asking, which we questioned so these charges were removed. Bedroom was sooo small not even room to put away 2 pieces of luggage. Couldn’t get changed without knocking into something.

The staff was wonderful! Everything was top notch. I would highly recommend this place!

Lovely and welcoming staff, beautiful property

A fantastic boutique hotel. Kind and attentive staff. Comfortable room and bed. Randomly chosen from Expedia. Lucky for us! One morning there was no hot water. Likely happens as this is a small hotel. This did not affect our very positive experience. Breakfast was just excellent. Not cheap. But worth it.
