Breakfast is very tasty.You can choice your favorite dishes. Dinning room is very clean and fashionable. I enjoyed breakfast with beautiful sea view.

受付のスタッフの対応がとても良かった。 質問にも笑顔で迅速に回答してくれた。 朝食も満足できました。アガサクリスティーが泊まった部屋も見学できて、ラッキーでした。 海側の部屋からの景色は、最高でした。 また、泊まりたいです。

Staff and location

The room was great, always is, very clean, has everything you need. Good view, staff are always very helpful. The staff in the bar and restaurant are brilliant 😁

The hotel was spotless and the staff very accommodating. Our meal in the restaurant was also very good and the service excellent. I loved the location!!!!! The only points to note are there should be a warning in the bathroom for the hot tap, it was so hot I nearly scalded myself. It would of been nice to have an extra blanket or cover of some sort as I was very cold in the night. Also there was no water in my room and I was told I would have to pay for some which I would of thought was my right to have free water in my room. I wasn't charged in the end but felt that I should not have had to argue over a few bottles of water. That being said, I would love to come back in the summer to experience the hotel, the view and the outside pool. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel either. Thank you Julie Kelly

Everything fine except guests in room above very noisy until 4.30am and playing music and talking. No sleep and rest for weekend.Ruined lovely weekend on both nights for my birthday weekend. Informed reception on leaving but nothing resolved. No compensation or offer suggested. Have been to this hotel a few times previously and was fine and also stayed at suster hotel in Falmouth. Not a nice weekend and quite upset.

Compact room but clean and tidy , only shower was difficult

Breakfast good

Could do with more milk for the tea and coffee, room was a bit warm in the moorning. The room gave us exactly what we needed, well done. Slept like a corpse.

As old Victorian or Edwardian seaside hotels go it was in good condition , quite modern decor if not a little gaudy. Staff helpful and friendly . Breakfast a little limited but Ok. Parking onsite but limited.

While the rooms were dated, it added to the charm and history of the hotel. The meals in the restaurant were good. The staff was attentive and professional.

Lovely hotel all decorated for the festive period. Staff were lovely and the room was so big with a lovely sea view. We come to stay every December and will definitely be back next year.

Really enjoyed our short break at the Grand, room was fine clean and comfortable, floor a bit creaky! Bathroom good with a shower over bath. Breakfast good and bar made a lovey mulled wine!

Lovely hotel but hotel run down owner hang your head in shame beautiful building but Richardson need to invest money but sadly the man is all about himself I won’t tell people to go there I stayed there for 20 plus years and seen the decline over the years not the staff fault but the owner fault
