はじめの、ロンドン旅行で、ヒースローから、地下鉄、電車で、スタンモア駅まで行き、タクシーてホテルに着きました。 リクエストに、ピンク系の部屋を希望していたら、受付で承っているとの案内で、ピンク系の部屋を用意されていて感激でした。 大好きな、ローラアシュレイの家具やインテリアに囲まれて、ほんとに心休まる時間を過ごせました。 お庭も綺麗で、サンセットも素晴らしかったです！！

ホテルスタッフとホテルの雰囲気がよかった。 バーが24時間だったので利用したが、 ただ市販でもうってそうな瓶のドリンクとグラスを渡されただけでした。高級そうなバーだったので、もっと期待しただけにちょっとがっかり。 朝食はおいしかった。

lovely old Manor House set in gorgeous well kept grounds. Be aware there is no lift and a lot of stairs, not an issue for us. Room was quiet, clean, warm and comfortable. Never found the hairdryer but no big deal. We didn’t eat there so can comment on food and service in the restaurant.

Lovely overnight stay whilst seeing a concert at Wembley. Room was clean & tidy and the jest was super comfortable. We had a nice welcome and the breakfast was 10/10

The Manager and his staff were amazing

The room was good value, well located and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Reception, bar and restaurant were fantastic however the rooms are extremely poor. They are dated and not clean, this hotel needs a serious refurb

The hotel is ok. Staff were nice and the breakfast is ok. The rooms downstairs over look bushes and cleaning towels which is terrible. Limited parking and rooms are long way away from reception.

Lovely Hotel - beautiful decore and views. We were disappointed to hear that the restaurant had a limited menu in the evening. This didn’t bother us initially - but when we arrived for dinner - the only choice was beef, chicken or veggie Burger. This isn’t ‘limited’ we seriously would have thought scampi or ham egg and chips or some sort of curry could have been offered as an alternative. Jo did try her best to convince us that there would be a few things to choose from. She kindly offered to order us a pie from outside, but we really didn’t expect the menu to have no choice at all! We decided to go to a local pub which was recommended- not a pleaaant experience at all, the food was terrible! It did spoil our stay, Jo gave us a free breakfast but my husband was not well in the morning so we didn’t make it on time. it was a bit of a disaster for us to celebrate my retirement.

If you are looking for a hotel with history and character, in lovely grounds, then this is for you. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. There is a pleasant bar and large dining areas. Breakfast was plentiful with a very good range of options. My only slight criticism would be that the breakfast room could benefit from re decorating. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Amazing like always

Breakfast was good. Didn't get chance to have evening meal as I was back late. Bed ok if you like a soft mattress (my preference is firm). I was out most of the time at a local event so didn't really spend a great deal of time at the hotel, but I would happily stay again.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. One night stay over for an event at Wembley. The hotel is lovely albeit a little tired. Probably needs a refresh but based on price and the area I would definitely book again. The staff were the stand out for us. Reception were so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was super tasty too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Decent price for the location. Stunning views from the patio at the rear of the hotel.

there was a wasp infestation, it was disgusting, I couldn't open the bedroom window without wasps coming in. dead wasps all over the stairs and carpets
