We had pleasant experience with the place. Definitely stay there again.

Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay.

Quite comfy secure studio across street from Moorgate Station. Tesco Express across from property on side-street which will be needed on check-in as only starter coffee/tea supplied. Basic kitchen supplies (dishes, glasses, cups, silverware) with hob, oven/micro, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, clothes washer, iron, ironing board, laptop safe. Nice stay with easy access to tube, and some restaurants/pubs nearby. Bathtub is slippery and tub mat would be nice addition. Bed was comfortable and on the softer side. Would definitely stay again next trip to London.

Room was very clean, host was extremely responsive and accommodating with the check in / out process. Helped me figure out where to keep a bag during the day. Note this is an apartment building with a remote check in process. You can store a small carry on bag in an automated cabinet on the first floor.

All convenient enough, clean and accessible but I prefer having hotel facilities. There was an issue with hot water. It took forever to run through and was only just warm then.

Nice sized room for central london

A lot of noise coming form the street as the room was on a corner, need to earplug not to be away at the very first hour. The room I got was the inferior category to the one I booked, and the personnel wouldn't help.

The remote staff were very helpful, but it was disappointing not having the Netflix app installed on the TV, which is fairly standard—especially considering the price charged. Although we were told there was another way to access Netflix, it unfortunately didn’t work, and we didn’t receive any response when we asked for help with this. The room itself is absolutely fantastic: brand new, modern, and fully equipped. In the evening it can feel a little dark, though, if you prefer brighter lighting. Unfortunately, my husband experienced very cold water when trying to shower, which wasn’t very pleasant. Additionally, the building seems to shake every time a bus passes by, which kept waking me up during the night. That said, the location is perfect. Overall, I’d rate the stay 4 stars.

Poorly designed, slightly "tired" accommodation in excellent location. Roman blinds didn't work properly, no small glasses for whisky. Full length dress mirror detached from, and simply leaning against, wall. No storage for ironing board. One very cheerful and helpful lady cleaner was only staff member we encountered. Whilst additional bedside light was provided when requested table lamps were lacking.

Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Very good communication and support.

Very central location. Nice interior of the rooms. The problem was noise. I felt like I was sleeping outside in the middle of a roundabout. Also window curtain did not fully close, so there was light entering from outdoor lighting.

A bit impersonal

The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. Note that this is in a more business/office district so many shops and businesses tend to be closed on Sunday. We had few little hiccups with the check-in process and bag drop-off since it is mainly a self-served process and there is no reception person/desk. Easily resolved through a call to customer support, but don’t expect to speak to a person once you get there (at check-in or arriving early).

This property is listed as having an elevator, which it does. However, there were steps AFTER we got off the elevator. One of the reasons we chose this property was the elevator, because we have heavy luggage. Management responded by referring to the elevator, and did not respond when I sent a photo of the stairs

No receptionist so getting into property initially was difficult. Received information to enter building minutes before arrived for check in. No staff ever present on site.

Super.convinient location, quiet, spacious, comfortable. I've stayed twice already. Love it
