The Moorgate by Cove

A great location and comfortable room but a lot smaller than was expected. The room was suitable for a short stay but communication was lacking in a number of ways. Following successful checking in we went for dinner and the code would not work on our return. It took over 15 minutes to talk to someone to assist us with getting acces. Additionally, there were no instructions about wifi access readily available - took 2 days to respond to this request for information. Also note that there is no ability to leave luggage if you arrive earlier than 4.00pm check in noting there are no staff you can interface with prior to checking in!

Nice appartment easy to travel by metro. There should be some storage Space in the toilet. I strongly recommend

Lovely place in a rather central location; it really felt like home. The studio is spacious, quiet, well-equipped and very clean.

Room was clean but the whole vibe of the property and surrounding area is very sterile. No front desk to talk to, no wiggle room to check in early if room is ready, basic amenities which is fine but the room lacked any charm. I had a large studio, definitely not large and certainly didn't look like the picture, and I was on Floor 1 which meant I heard all of the noise of the traffic on the road. Didn't know how to use half the appliances in the kitchen. The coffee machine leaked all over, no paper towels available to help with the mess. No cleaning during the week was also annoying I thought. And the area around is DEAD after 6pm and on weekends, which was really frustrating for someone new to London. Which way do I walk? Where is safe? Can I get some recommendations for where to get food? With no one to speak to, I didn't care for the experience of staying there.

Property very well located close to the major metro lines! Minor point is the cleanliness and the quality of the bed.

My stay was amazing, I had a few questions prior to checking in, and the response time was impeccable, fastest communication and helpful answers. I recommend this for all people looking for a not-too-heavy-priced stay, but are still wanting a quality nights rest, a good location and a lot of amenities.

Had a great stay at the Moorgate. Was slightly nervous about there not being any reception for check in but we got the codes for the property on time. The day after check in the business also whatsapp'd us to make sure everything was okay with the room which was a great touch. Really close to Moorgate station with Liverpool street station only a short walk away. Lots of Cafe's in the immediate area and restaurants on the other side of Liverpool Street station. Room was clean and had all the amenities we could have needed.

Lovely property

The picture does not match reality. There is no reception, and support responds slowly. There was no hot water in the building for at least a few days. We were forced to relocate, which was extremely inconvenient and too far from ideal conditions.

Adorable space! Will absolutely utilize this company again. Everything needed for the small kitchen was provided, a small oven, range and dishwasher! My only complaint is that we rarely had hot water for showers on our five day trip, no matter the time that we showered.

Very close to Moorgate station. The room is stylish and new. There is no front desk but you can help yourself. The entrance is a bit hard to find but you will find it anyway.

When asked for new towels they said yes nor problem but then never came. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely adorable facility. Close to the tube and Elizabeth line. Super clean, great amenities. Tesco not far. Plenty of dining options

This is the second time I've chosen to stay in one of those studios and although in general they are very good, I don't get why the TV is positioned in such a way that can't be watched while lying down on the bed!

Great location! Near shops and public transport to get to all sightseeing spots! Beautiful apartment with everything you could need and check in was super easy! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great apart from the TV position which made it impossible to watch while lying on the bed.
