Nice sized room for central london

The remote staff were very helpful, but it was disappointing not having the Netflix app installed on the TV, which is fairly standard—especially considering the price charged. Although we were told there was another way to access Netflix, it unfortunately didn’t work, and we didn’t receive any response when we asked for help with this. The room itself is absolutely fantastic: brand new, modern, and fully equipped. In the evening it can feel a little dark, though, if you prefer brighter lighting. Unfortunately, my husband experienced very cold water when trying to shower, which wasn’t very pleasant. Additionally, the building seems to shake every time a bus passes by, which kept waking me up during the night. That said, the location is perfect. Overall, I’d rate the stay 4 stars.

Poorly designed, slightly "tired" accommodation in excellent location. Roman blinds didn't work properly, no small glasses for whisky. Full length dress mirror detached from, and simply leaning against, wall. No storage for ironing board. One very cheerful and helpful lady cleaner was only staff member we encountered. Whilst additional bedside light was provided when requested table lamps were lacking.

Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Very good communication and support.

The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. Note that this is in a more business/office district so many shops and businesses tend to be closed on Sunday. We had few little hiccups with the check-in process and bag drop-off since it is mainly a self-served process and there is no reception person/desk. Easily resolved through a call to customer support, but don’t expect to speak to a person once you get there (at check-in or arriving early).

This property is listed as having an elevator, which it does. However, there were steps AFTER we got off the elevator. One of the reasons we chose this property was the elevator, because we have heavy luggage. Management responded by referring to the elevator, and did not respond when I sent a photo of the stairs

No receptionist so getting into property initially was difficult. Received information to enter building minutes before arrived for check in. No staff ever present on site.

Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location. Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect.

The property was safe, clean and quiet. It had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Very close to the metro, Barbican and restaurants. Fairly empty streets on the weekend.

It was bit noisy in the night.. sounds like moving some heavy object upstairs.

A great location and comfortable room but a lot smaller than was expected. The room was suitable for a short stay but communication was lacking in a number of ways. Following successful checking in we went for dinner and the code would not work on our return. It took over 15 minutes to talk to someone to assist us with getting acces. Additionally, there were no instructions about wifi access readily available - took 2 days to respond to this request for information. Also note that there is no ability to leave luggage if you arrive earlier than 4.00pm check in noting there are no staff you can interface with prior to checking in!

Lovely place in a rather central location; it really felt like home. The studio is spacious, quiet, well-equipped and very clean.

Room was clean but the whole vibe of the property and surrounding area is very sterile. No front desk to talk to, no wiggle room to check in early if room is ready, basic amenities which is fine but the room lacked any charm. I had a large studio, definitely not large and certainly didn't look like the picture, and I was on Floor 1 which meant I heard all of the noise of the traffic on the road. Didn't know how to use half the appliances in the kitchen. The coffee machine leaked all over, no paper towels available to help with the mess. No cleaning during the week was also annoying I thought. And the area around is DEAD after 6pm and on weekends, which was really frustrating for someone new to London. Which way do I walk? Where is safe? Can I get some recommendations for where to get food? With no one to speak to, I didn't care for the experience of staying there.
