Good location but hotel is a bit tired

It was tired and very dirty mold in shower and in windows bird excrement all over windows, really disappointing not at all what was advertised feel like we really over paid for what was delivered the pictures are very different from reality.

We arrived really early but were allowed to check in hours before Everything about the customer service was excellent

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen am Hafen von Padstow. Die Gänge durch das alte charmante Haus zu den Zimmern sind sehr verwinkelt. Für die Zimmer selbst ist nach Angaben der Rezeption im nächsten Jahr eine umfassende Renovierung geplant. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer (laut Hotel Kategorie Value Double) ist eher ein Einzelzimmer. In England ist ein Double Bed nur 1,25 m x 1,90 m - das sollte man bei der Buchung wissen. Gutes Pub-Frühstück.

The perfect place to stay in Padstow! With convenient (paid) parking just across the street, we were able to enjoy walking through padstow before the crowds and the surrounding areas. Brilliant modern bathroom too.

Absolutely fantastic location amazing views amazing food and staff amazing too. We was so happy with everything. Advice was also helpful and the parking is so cheap 24 hours £10 only

Brilliant place to stay in the heart of Padstow

We stayed in a lovely room above the pub overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious and we liked being right in the heart of the town. It can be noisy though with music from nearby pubs so expect that to go on until 11ish. The staff are all very helpful and the pub itself is lovely. Parking is tricky, we were lucky to find a spot nearby but we did have to pay.

Not that good. Shower switch to turn shower was hidden behind a desk and none of the night shift staff knew what todo

Room was amazing (rm14) and we would request again. Housekeeping and reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. However the breakfast service could be improved as 4 guests were served before us on first day and we had to ask to be served. On our second day we weren’t even asked for our breakfast order.

This is a B&B above a pub/bar, so expect noise (which is advertised on the web site, to be fair!). Our kids had "free" music until 11:30 pm. Overall it is a nice place with a lot of atmosphere, even though it could use a make-over here and there. Overall, quite expensive for the value you get. We stayed there for one night on the SWCP, and would do it again.

Old, quaint and charming. Good food, nice rooms, quiet and clean. Highly recommend this place.

A long and twisty stairs

Very good - comfortable room and excellent breakfast

Excellent stay at the Old Custom House over Easter weekend. We were able to get into our room early and were pleased with how nicely decorated and well equipped the room was. We also had a lovely view from the two windows over the very pretty harbour. The bed was very comfortable and although quite small, the room was full of character. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel and the lady doing breakfast both mornings we were there was delightful. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good.

The room was not pleasant at all, view directly on the noisy ventilation system. At a such high price, this was very disapointing !

Lovely place to stay. Had an upgrade to a beautiful harbour view room. The view was stunning. The room had a huge comfy bed.Staff all very friendly. Lovely pub downstairs & a fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend staying there. Fabulous.
