Hotel was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Really pleasant staff and would recommend the hotel. However wasn’t a fan of 5 WhatsApp messages plus Expedia messages from them think it was a bit too much. Apart from that everything else was great

We were extremely happy with our stay - excellent facilities, convenient parking, a clean, well-presented bedroom.
But best of all were the staff with special mention to Erinda on Reception, who really looked after us and was delightful; and Zizi who was in charge of the breakfast room and also looked after us.
For all of this the price seemed very reasonable. Very happy and will definitely stay here again.

Great staff. Bed comfy. Hotel seems more like an airport/conference hotel. For a 5star hotel it really feels like it’s missing those luxury touches.
We paid extra for the breakfast and to be honest it was all quite underwhelming as only buffet style. No table service. You could order poached eggs etc but it was a basic add on from a stand up card by the self serve cooked breakfast section etc. I was expecting a more varied selection like eggs Benedict, salmon etc from a 5 star hotel. It was also just help yourself to hot drinks and had to ask for cups. I know that’s not problem but I would have expected to have been shown to a table and been able to order drinks at least. Also there are no fridges in the rooms.
Although the sat nav took us straight to the property you do have to drive through the university campus again not a problem but feels weird for a hotel entrance.

Have been visiting my daughter in Nottingham and struggled to find a hotel that is quieter, modern and clean.
I’ve found it! This is a great hotel with great staff.
Location is lovely - on university of Notts . Very green, very spacious and lovely and chilled
Will be back!!! This is our base going forward!
