Since my room was on the street side and I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt a bit uneasy. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, so if I travel with someone next time, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

オーシャンビューの部屋に一泊しました。総じて、とてもとても良かったです！バルコニーの窓から地平線まで海が見え、朝は気持ちいい太陽と、夕方は目の前のビーチからサンセットを観ることが出来ます。ホテル内も非常に清潔でなにも不安な事がなく過ごせました。 強いてゆうならば、周辺の音楽がかなりうるさいです。 常に音楽が夜の21時過ぎころまでかかっていて長時間のフライトや時差で疲れていても寝れる環境ではありませんでした。 「騒音」に関する環境は劣悪と思いますが、その他に関してはオーシャンビューの部屋は完璧でした。 また、スタッフも非常に優しく笑顔で迎えてくれますし、ホテルの目の前の海とプールと全てが綺麗な景色で最高でした。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドーでとにかく優しく笑顔で見てて気分が良いです 夜中もセキュリティの方が循環ししっかりしているのが印象的です ホテル内のレストランからの眺めも可愛くきっとインスタ映えしますよ

スタッフの方が親切でフレンドリーであった。音楽は常に大きな音で流れているが気にならないタイプなので問題なし。気になる人は夜ゆっくり出来ないかも。 レストランも数日間で何回か行ったがどれも美味しくいただけた。

アメニティがない。 タオルなど変えてもらえなかった。 ビーチの雰囲気は良い。 スーパーまで近い

日本に戻る際のトランジットで利用。値段・位置共に最適でした。のんびり海を眺めながら帰路を楽しみました。

遅めのチェックインでしたが、スタッフの方が笑顔で出迎えて下さり、とても嬉しく、心から安心しました。 ビーチ側ということもあり、朝夕の景色は最高でした。 お隣のホテルが曜日によっては 深夜まで賑やかで… 気になった点はそれくらいです。 ホテル近くにカードが使える売店もありました。 空港までは ホテル前を通る 白の小さいバスでも行けました。 中学生レベルの英語もわからないくらいの語学力でしたが、スタッフの方皆さんが、ゆっくり聞いて、話して下さったので ひとり旅でも安心して滞在できました。 またフィジーを訪れる際にはお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました（＾＾）

格安で、快適、清潔な滞在ができました。 プールも綺麗でした。

早朝到着でチェックインができなくてもシャワーを貸してくれたり、部屋の清掃が終わるとチャックインさせてくれました。ホテル内は静かでスタッフ・他の宿泊客も皆いい人達でした。ホテルのすぐ前からローカルのバス(１ドル)でダウンタウンに行けて便利でした。ホテルと空港の送迎はなくタクシーで15ドルです(私の場合、運よく個人タクシーで交渉して10ドルで行けましたが、正規のタクシーは15ドルと交渉できません)。 部屋は2人用のドミトリーに宿泊しましたが、男性と女性の相部屋で多少不満感はありました(相手の方がいい人だったのが救いでした)。シャワーはお湯が出ますが水圧はいまいちです。洗面台はとても小さいです(部屋によって違うのかもしれませんが)。バスタオル・アメニティー類はありませんでした。とても小さな売店がありますが、価格は高めです。レストラン・バーも常に利用できて便利でした。

ここの魅力は朝の景色が素晴らしいことですね！ 2人収容のドミトリーに泊まりました。隣の隣のバックパッカー宿は夜になると賑やかになりますが、ここは落ち着いた雰囲気があります。 朝食のパンケーキ（2枚、ジュース付）がボリューム満点でシロップもたっぷり。

Absolutely lovely

We had the most wonderful dinner and wine here. And the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Nice property on the beach. Noisy at times from a house next door and planes overhead. Air con is good as well as the fan. Nice big patio. TV in rm 5 didn’t work. Water temp is difficult to regulate. Bed comfortable enough but bottom sheet felt gritty even after it was replaced. Staff were very kind and accomodating

We first stayed in Standart room. Lives up to its name. It’s a little dark, and nothing fancy. But the price is also great. Then we stayed at the Deluxe room, definitely an upgrade. Only thing is that we never got new towels, and had no handsoap. We even told them immediately, and they told us the housekeeping would give us some, but we never did. Also the food. Don’t eat breakfast here. It is really not that good and so expensive for what you get. We for an example ordered a “yougurt bowl with granola and fresh fruit” and got an empty bowl with a small tub of plan yougurt that you can get from the supermarket for 1,5$ and a bag with granola, no fruit and it was 15$… The lunch was okay, but still not worth it. We never got dinner cause we didn’t want to after the other food. But the room was nice, and they helped us get taxis for getting around. And overall the price is good for the rooms!

Room was in good condition. Need an elevator especially for people with disabilities and the elderly.

The room was ok, small. Slow shower took time to heat up the trickle that emerged. Staff were friendly. Just don't eat here. They should remove the Island Reef Fish from the menu. I doubt it's fish and it tasted like recooked cardboard.

Overall a good option for a few nights stay.. Good point close to the beach, nice pool, use free use of kayaks and a good restaurant that was reasonably priced. Con’s, not really suitable for families, we were the only family Staying there, the majority were couples or single people. Room was quite basic, shower was low pressure and scalding hot at times. Staff were overall friendly but service in the restaurant was not the best. Overall this is a good value option for a few nights stay, but not a great family option. For families choose one of the resort options.

Was so excited to check in on our last day in fiji to spend few hours with friends which we won't be seeing for a while. We did check in.. room number was 6 firstly we could hear all the conversations from the reception so loud. Secondly no TV remote so we searched for it.. and saw big fat dust behind the TV which was really bad. Thirdly when we called to ask if they had TV remote we could find in the room.. she said its here at the reception, when we said you should give remote while we check in she had no words to say. Hung up the line, came up with a rude face and saying who are all those people, i said its my mother who is staying at room 2 and 2 other people is my friend who came to visit us.. she replied back saying we don't allow visitors in the room you have to sit outside near the restaurant.. my question is we paid so much money to have a beautiful night with loved ones. Spend little bit of time not like they will be staying overnight. So what i did is i checked out and went to NOVOTEL which had an amazing customer service with no issues at all. Some people should really change their attitude towards hospitality and customer service and so you can make tourists happy. 🙏 VINAKA
