Aquarius on the Beach

Room was in good condition. Need an elevator especially for people with disabilities and the elderly.

The room was ok, small. Slow shower took time to heat up the trickle that emerged. Staff were friendly. Just don't eat here. They should remove the Island Reef Fish from the menu. I doubt it's fish and it tasted like recooked cardboard.

Overall a good option for a few nights stay.. Good point close to the beach, nice pool, use free use of kayaks and a good restaurant that was reasonably priced. Con’s, not really suitable for families, we were the only family Staying there, the majority were couples or single people. Room was quite basic, shower was low pressure and scalding hot at times. Staff were overall friendly but service in the restaurant was not the best. Overall this is a good value option for a few nights stay, but not a great family option. For families choose one of the resort options.

Was so excited to check in on our last day in fiji to spend few hours with friends which we won't be seeing for a while. We did check in.. room number was 6 firstly we could hear all the conversations from the reception so loud. Secondly no TV remote so we searched for it.. and saw big fat dust behind the TV which was really bad. Thirdly when we called to ask if they had TV remote we could find in the room.. she said its here at the reception, when we said you should give remote while we check in she had no words to say. Hung up the line, came up with a rude face and saying who are all those people, i said its my mother who is staying at room 2 and 2 other people is my friend who came to visit us.. she replied back saying we don't allow visitors in the room you have to sit outside near the restaurant.. my question is we paid so much money to have a beautiful night with loved ones. Spend little bit of time not like they will be staying overnight. So what i did is i checked out and went to NOVOTEL which had an amazing customer service with no issues at all. Some people should really change their attitude towards hospitality and customer service and so you can make tourists happy. 🙏 VINAKA

Air conditioner and fridge in room were so noisy that they had to be turned off at night. Flyscreen was broken on second door and the slide track was broken. I asked staff for it to be repaired on two occasions but nothing was done. I ordered sunny side up fried eggs for breakfast and they were delivered to me dried and hard. Hotel is very run down and I would not stay here again. I asked about using the kayaks as I wanted to go for a paddle, only to be told that they were not available for guests use at the time. This was extremely disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay at this place. The beach was not clear, just brown and murky, so snorkelling was not an option either.

Staff were very friendly. Beach at the backyard was nice. Easy availability of taxi outside was very helpful.

The name: "Deluxe Room" is a bit misleading as the room itself is quite tiny. Unfortunately, a prospective stayer may not be able to pre-determine this from the photos available online. Further to this, some of the staff could perhaps embrace the Fijian Spirit of wearing a smile. What I experienced during my check-in did not reflect what true Fijian hospitality stands for. While I Cannot speak about other rooms but the room we stayed in could do well with a boosted water supply pressure as there were times it was impossible to have a proper shower due to low/no water pressure. Mosquito population was thriving around the hotel, especially by the pool and beach area. While it was a do-able hotel close to the beach and some cheap eats in the vicinity, by no means do I plan on coming back here. One may find better alternative options on the same strip of road.

We travel require and this accommodation was the worst we have ever come across, checked in around 8pm and our room was right next to the reception desk, I asked if this room was a quiet room as we wanted a relaxing holiday, we were told yes quiet room, heard reception staff arriving around 5.30am giggle and talking right outside of our room, the room itself would have been straight out of the 80’s, nowhere to store anything had our suitcases on the floor and there was nothing to even put you toothbrush in the bathroom, needless to say if you wanted a warm shower you would need to put the water in the sun for some time, really wasn’t a good start to our holiday, the bed must have been over 10 years old, not great for my back, no blanket provided had to ask for one, the tv came on randomly all hours of the night, was told to unplug at the PowerPoint. Reception staff were terribly rude and not friendly at all, very blunt like we were an inconvenience. The boat bar adverted on there site is no long in operation, this is also a cashless property, which would suit some tourists but we generally take cash with us so we can see what we are spending. And the wifi didn’t work most of the time. After spending a few nights we decided to move to a different venue. I would not recommend staying here, ever.

Staff was efficient and very accommodating; the room facing the beach was clean and everything we needed for 2 nights.

this hotel is ok, the room was clean, no elevator, staff was nice, the ocean view room was located above a bar and swimming pool area. there was a lot of noise late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep

The bedsheets were not clean. It had blood stains and I could feel sand grains on my feet when I was walking in the room. However, the waitress and front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The area around the property is excellent if you are a party person.

Staff was awesome! Location was great. Transportation was easy as there are lots of taxis and a local bus to get into Nadi. Clean pool and area around it with lots of seating and view of the ocean. Rooms were small, but had a great balcony and fridge.

Staff is helpful, beautiful inside and out, food is great, rooms are ok. Can’t beat location.
