The staff's service was excellent overall, but there was one person at the front desk whose explanation was a bit careless—even though I just asked about the location of the elevator. The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but in some rooms, the WiFi signal was weak and difficult to connect to. The pool facilities and bar stayed open late into the night, making it a very comfortable place to stay. I would like to visit again.

Petit déjeuner un peu décevant

Päivällisbuffet oli loistava. Aamiainen oli tasoltaan huonompi, mutta vaihtoehtoja oli riittävästi.

The room, the staff, amenities. And they took my daughter wallet from the room and they didn’t even do anything they only told us to go to the police but we don’t live here. And the food in not that good for the mornings at all and the morning staff did not let us leave with the food even though other people did it and what makes it worse I’m black the that she let go where white she was yelling as well but all we said we saw other people going out with the food only good thing was the dinner was free for us at least night of the vacation. This was written by my 10 year old who was on her birthday vacation to visit Disney Paris.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms

Nice staff but hotel untidy. Entrance overpowering smell of carpet cleaner. Breakfast good however!

It was a fantastic stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean.

Positives - Location is great for our needs of Disney. It is within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Negatives - Rooms and corridors could do with an upgrade to modernise. Carpets were stained, bathrooms are looking old and tired, wallpaper is coming away in the corridor and air conditioning was not as effective as I would have liked in the room as ambient temperature was so warm. Breakfast food selection was not great. Supposed hot food was cold. Staff struggled to keep up with restocking some items. Could be excused as it was a very busy weekend, but given the booking numbers, more staff would certainly have helped. Would try somewhere else if we return.

Good clean room and daily housekeeping. Tv was a bit wonky hanging off wall but didn’t use it anyway . More sugar milk and coffee in room would be better but overall very nice hotel didn’t use much facilities as was a short weekend to Disney but perfect to getting to the parks only 6 mins on the very frequent buses 👍

Arrivé à l'hôtel, les bornes de recharges pour ma voiture électrique ne fonctionnent pas, première bonne surprise. Accueil OK, chambre OK à première vu, par contre niveau insonorisation pas terrible on entend les enfants courir partout dans l'hôtel tôt le matin, soit. De plus, même pas une petite bouteille d'eau offert dans la chambre.... SPA (ou ce qu'on peut appeler SPA..) : deux pièces taille WC public, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Repas du soir dans le "restaurant" la Rôtisserie. Buffet à volonté (bon, déjà pas trop fan du principe de base), je mange donc un peu de tout. Résultat : nuit horrible, maux de ventre, malade (diarrhée, vomissement...) Quoi de mieux pour passer une journée à Disney avec une indigestion ? pour notre première St Valentin en plus, super charmant :) J'en parle à mon check out avec la réceptionniste qui en est désolée. Certe, mais je demande un petit geste, par exemple un parking offert, vu le prix et la journée que j'ai passé grâce à ce superbe restaurant. On me refuse un geste car il faut minimum 5 plaintes clients. La navette est OK mais finalement au vu du prix du parking comparé au parking du parc Disneyland, ce n'est pas si bénéfique.

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und gute Ausstattung.Das Abendessen in Büfettform ist etwas teuer, aber hochwertige Speisen ,kann man wirklich empfehlen. Die Poollandschaft war was für unsere Enkel,tolle Abwechslung.Frühstücksbüfett war sehr großzügig.Busshuttle zu den Themenparks hat immer super geklappt. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Oui les chambres sont grandes, mais la restauration est chère. (10€ la petite bière). Hotel pour les familles qui vont au parc Disney. Des enfants de partout, des gens qui vont au petit déjeuner en chaussettes. Spécial !

On night one a large group of drunk adults woke us up trying to get into the hotel. No1 came to let them in for well over 30 minutes leaving them to shout and sing and scream outside right below our room. When let in they made it up to our floor and continued to make a lot of noise in the corridor and then in their rooms. Hotel staff do not appear to step in at all. The next night I had a member of hotel staff shout loudly through the hotel phone/intercom TWICE after 1am asking me if I still needed a travel cot. My child is 12 I did not order a travel cot. Not the usual service I expect from the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly/ helpful. The only downside was the bathroom had mould and the room was too hot. I’m a really cold person but this was way too warm for February, no air conditioning!

Staff very helpful and pleasant 😊 Amenities for the kids were fantastic they had a great time in the pool.

Staff amazing, so helpful, Hôtel so clean, breakfast delicious and plentiful, will definitely return, a truly fantastic stay.
