That is Okay!!

Not as good as our stay few years ago . Good enough for one night

Great and excellent hotel! Food was not so good and buffet for dinner overpriced and not refilled despite asking several times. Many were gone and they didn’t replenish and it was over $50!

Parfait

Everything looked great on the internet. This was a one night stay at the end of our Disney trip so we could tag on some shopping at Val D’Europe. Cleanliness of the hotel was poor with rubbish around the corridors and in the lobby. This may be due to guest not being respectful and the cleaning team not being able to keep up with the crowds. We chose to try and eat in the bar area, no where to sit; carpet full of food and dirty tables. We chose to have Uber eats and eat in our room. The room was massive- family room and quiet. The square pillows were small and uncomfortable. Good powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was too busy and over stimulating. Children running around and people touching food with their hands instead of using tongs. Maybe we are spoilt as we usually stay at L’Elysee or on property so cleanliness is of a high standard and breakfast is quieter. Some people rave about Dream Castle- the pool and play area looked great and I can see the attraction for younger children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Hôtel des notre arrivée très sale…déchets des prédécesseurs devant notre porte au Check in à 17h…couche culottes sale dans le couloir des chambres…bouteilles de bière dans l’ascenseur…sole de l’ascenseur pas nettoyé pendant les deux jours de notre séjour… Petit déjeuné mauvaise qualité pour un 4 étoiles les prestations ne sont pas au rdv dommage je n’y retournerai plus…restaurant bon mais menu un peu chère pour du poulet rôti…un peu excessifs…dommage nous étions des clients habitués…

Excelente

Nous avons réservé une suite sur Dream castel à notre arrivée pas top. En fait le séjour était agréable. Nous avons passé une nuit il manquait les peignoirs et les chaussons d’invités et à ma grande surprise pour 4 étoiles, le petit déjeuner est servi dans des gobelets et des assiettes en plastique. Donc pour 4 étoiles je trouve que c’est pas c’est pas top c’est peut-être ça améliorer le service à table et et puis la décoration aussi très décevante de cette année. Le Noël à Dream castel 2025 Pas très bien décoré.

Customer Service, even though the hotel is a bit run down in some places . Very convenient to the parks

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, swimming pool and gym onsite. Only down side is the free shuttle bus, gets very overcrowded and is not a pleasant experience. We walked or got a uber.

Petit déjeuner manque de crepes pancakes ....qualite moyenne des mets salé... chaises tres sales dans la salle ,pleines d oreoles

The room was spacious, clean and had all amenities. Showet was hot and bathrokm was clean. Could not fault it.

We had the family suite and it was lovely but could so with a settee instead of the the 2 small chairs and table. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was right up our street, lovely and fresh. Another family tried the dinner and they said it was excellent.

Il y avait de la moisissure sur les joint dans la baignoire et la robinetterie de la baignoire etait cassée. Qui plus est, on nous a venté d'un "surclassement" alors qu'il ne s'agissait que d'une chambre avec un lit superposé, ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle un "surclassement"

Nice big hotel, but a number of issues. I tried to address with front desk on last day but they were disinterested! Tried 2 check in on arrival and was told twice our room was not ready! 3rd time lucky. Room was comfortable but carpets needed a scrub and shampoo. Toilet was running water for the 5 days we were there. Household took our keycard out of electric and never returned it, they did not clean our room on last nights stay were disappointed at the point. Breakfast is manic and abit limited. Worse bit the buses are like the hunger games 5 times we were unable to get on to get to and from disney. When had to get a uber at 12.90 euros each time. To sum up we wont go back to this one but it was ok but wanted better.

Room felt older and in need of a new face lift. Food was extremely expensive (Cheaper in the parks)
