Dream Castle Hotel

This hotel has great themed guest areas, outside guest areas are so nice to relax and enjoy super garden area and views, outside pool is not the biggest but if not too busy is great. Food and drinks are very expensive and service in bar was slow and unfriendly, breakfast which was included with our break was brilliant with plenty of choice and service much better, reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are generous, clean and serviced every day. Shop very expensive which is why there is barely anyone using it, we all expect to pay more at hotels, but with crazy prices guests will go without or go to local shops, lower profit margins and sell more.

One of our best stays! The only problem is the shuttle system. Trying to get to and from the park is a nightmare. Shuttle was so packed we had to stand next to the driver and couldn’t move. Felt unsafe and very stressful for everyone. They also don’t come as often as it says.. often running very late. Plan to spend extra on taxi’s if this isn’t your thing. Otherwise hotel was great!

Dont like the control over breakfast. start marking how many people come at a time. if i go with my daughter and my wife comes a few minutes later what is the problem with that. Also transportaion is very unorganized. so for breakfast is very control but then on the bus people look like animals trying to get on.

Wasn’t what we was expecting

The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. Indoor pool was busy and also had a hot tub. The rooms seemed outdated - the carpet, design and bathrooms were older and didn’t match the modern design in the lobby. Hopefully they’re in the process of modernizing and redecorating the rooms too! The breakfast included in our stay was hands down the best hotel breakfast that I’ve ever had. Shuttles to and from Disney were frequent, although often packed. Uber’s to Disney and the train station were cheap and easy from the hotel. The hotel bar and sitting area was very nice and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel lovely , clean and ammenities good. Close to Disney. Only one pillow for each bed negatively effected the night's sleep and despite multiple requests extra were not provided.Fir.the ney would of expected better. Breakfast was good with some great choice!

Able to leave luggage in bag store before check in and use the pool (towels are provided) Substantial offerings with breakfast - staff were efficient at clearing tables. Bar and snack area excellent service.

My stay was incredible. However, the discrepancies between the posted shuttle schedule at the front desk and the actual schedule were hard to deal with. Created some issues trying to go back and forth to the parks. Other than that, no issues.

Weather was great, hotel was amazing, wonderful food, great pool, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff All in all: brilliant

We had a wonderful stay at the Dream Castle. The hotel is beautiful and well looked after. We went to Disney World for 2 days and in the searing heat. We came back for an hour a day to use the outdoor pool which the girls absolutely loved. My only critisism was the front of house for the evening buffet. She appeared very rushed and wasn't welcoming at all considered you're dropping €38 per adult and €25 per child for a buffet. Other than the above, we had a wonderful time and would recommend to friends.

Family friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor pool although i did not like the lack of staff near the pool or no signage of the pools depth or any direction to water safety. Felt from a bug hotel this was very poor in regards to safety

Needs a face lift. Pool and arcade can be bigger and better. Get rid of the carpet on the floors. Breakfast ok.

Room was good, main bed with bunk beds which our daughter loved! Was nice and dark even when light outside which helped us all sleep in when we had the chance for a little bit! Used the pool a couple of times, not the biggest and people stayed in the hot tub for an excessive length of time but no-one there to monitor it, which was a bit frustrating. Drinks priced as expected but you can order food and drinks in if you want with many options nearby via uber eats. Breakfast - good selection and seated quickly even if there was a queue, however from a personal perspective people need to be respectful and not actively barge in front of those in the queue to get their food and drinks. Minimal awareness or manners from some guests. Shuttle bus frequent however can be jam packed! We walked back after the fireworks/night display which was 30 mins walk maximum.

The was clean but the breakfast buffet wasn’t very good.

Room was clean but some facilities were not working and had to to get it fixed . Breakfast was good but felt they didn’t had much choice on fresh fruits

The entire hotel was so beautiful and well maintained. Even everything there was to do for rainy days was so nice to have, like the indoor pool, the arcades, the jungle gym, etc. It was all in all a great family friendly hotel super close to Disneyland Paris with shuttle to and from the parks. The only downfall in our opinion was the breakfast. Not enough fresh fruit for adults, and more sweets than fruits for "the kids corner", you had to stand and wait to make your own hard boiled eggs instead of the eggs being done early by staff. This was our last hotel and most other hotels offered someone prepping omelets or fresh eggs (the scrambled ones there were still runny).

Very spacious and close to Disneyland, the breakfast buffet was very good with large breakfast room , with good variety of in their menu, definitely do recommend

I genuinely don’t even know where to begin—this was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. What was supposed to be a magical trip for my daughter’s birthday turned into a complete disaster, entirely because of this hotel. Dream Castle Hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but that is beyond misleading—it doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of a roadside motel. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. After an exhausting eight-hour flight with two young children, we arrived hoping for at least a bit of understanding or basic human decency. Instead, we were met by the worst front desk representative I have ever encountered. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. She refused to let us check in even a minute before 3 PM—no flexibility, no empathy, nothing. My children were so exhausted they were literally sleeping on the lobby couch, and she showed absolutely no concern. The hotel itself is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly just dirty. Everything feels old, worn down, and neglected. The amenities are in terrible condition, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. At one point, I grabbed a sandwich from the bar and it was completely frozen inside with the frozen chicken you couldn’t bite on. The fridge in our room was not working upon arrival and when I called to fix it, it was not fixed at all ,nobody even came. Avoid this place at all costs.
