The hotel was ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris with free shuttle bus to Parks. Although the buses are often busy and packed.
Although we were not due to check in until 3pm - the kind lady on reception allowed us access to 1 of our 2 rooms booked.
The room was clean although carpets were old and worn.
We opted to not have our room cleaned for our 5 night stay and expected a gift at the end of our stay as compensation for not using the room service and help by reusing towels. We were disappointed to find a voucher in the room bag on the last night for a free cocktail or free buffet meal yet we had to checkout of the hotel at 6am on the day of departure so couldnt use the vouchers.
The bar food is limited especially for children. Fried chicken or gnocchi.
The indoor and outdoor pools were an added bonus and ideal for the children.
The Buffet Breakfast was okay - decent juice, coffee, pastries and croisants. Hot food offering - bacon, sausages and scrambled egg looked okay but I didnt try these.
Didnt try the evening buffet meal at the restaurant but it did look okay and was a set price.

Lampenschirm hing auf halb 8. Toilettensitz und Deckel bei Ankunft vollgepi... erst nach der dritten Aufforderung gereinigt. Lunchbox für die frühe Abreise vergessen, mussten ohne Frühstück obwohl bezahlt, zum Flughafen, unsere 8 jährige Tochter war sehr begeistert hungrig abzureisen. Vom Personal kam ein Schulterzungendes "Sorry". Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel beschämend! Ansonsten ist das Buffet sehr gut und ausreichend.

Great hotel for a Disney trip. The transfer bus was very regular to do to the village or parks. The room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities - 1 soap for body and shampoo. The pools were a nice addition. It was easy to check in and out. The staff were ok - not especially friendly or rude. They had the Friday night pool party on during our stay and the music was extremely loud and we could hear it clearly in the room. The party went on until midnight so it was not ideal - I’d suggest turning down the volume after 10/10:30 to make it better for the guests who are not at the party.

We enjoyed staying here because it is so close to Disney, and they offer transportation to the parks. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early, and our room was not ready on time. The breakfast choices were the same every day and rarely changed. The room was clean. We needed an iron, which had to be requested, and we were required to leave a deposit. The pool areas were nice.

Very happy with our stay. Rokm was good had everything needed. Outdoor pool was really nice and well needed. Busses to rhe park every 15 mins, hotel bar service good, very clean. Enjoyed our stay.
Only downside was the bus back after fireworks at night when 30plus thousand people are trying to get back to hotel alot of pushing and shoving to get out of the park and on a bus. Other than that had a fab time.

The hotel was just okay. But for the price I expected much more. The rooms and bathrooms in particular were very run down and dated. The washrooms had nothing in them other than towels and one kind of soap that was meant for body and hair. I have received more at much cheaper and lower star hotels. Another problem was there was no waters in the room or any water refilling stations. They expected you to take bottles to bar to fill up. The bartenders didn’t seem too happy to help. The wifi was very poor. Also the luggage storage was an unmanned room that all guests got keys too, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my valuables in there. Positives: great proximity to Disneyland and a very nice outdoor pool area.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the bathrooms could use some maintenance (water from shower leaking on the floor; drains need to be unclogged).
There was very little food variety from one day to the next at the buffet (breakfast and supper) and there wasn’t much fruit offered. They often ran out of bowls, and utensils as well, during breakfast.
The restaurant/bar also offers little food choice and ordering is a chaotic and long process… Eating on site is convenient but for the price the quality is not to par (especially for the evening buffet!).
We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the free shuttle to and from Disney and overall experience.

Våres tredje besøk hos dette fantastiske hotellet. Vi hadde problemer med toalettet dagen vi sjekket inn, personalet var veldig løsningsorientert og fikk fikset det raskt. Kan gjerne gjøre forbedringer, på noen av rommene (eksempel slitt dør). Ellers er rommene veldig fine og rene.
Felles toalettet i første etg kan gjerne rengjøres oftere. Men ellers er det et veldig fint og rent hotell.
