エレベーターが半日故障していた。 これではオートグラフの名が廃る。 その他は素晴らしかったので、目立つミスは大きく印象に残る。

歴史ある建物。観光／食事に便利な場所

ルーアンの旧市場広場近くに位置し、外観は美しい貴族の邸宅ですが、一歩中に入ると、モダンかつ斬新なデザイナーズホテルです ロビーは夢の異空間です

スタッフの対応も良く、落ち着いたホテル。 アメ二ティーもレベルの高いものが用意されていた。 部屋は広く、レストルームにはバスタブとは別にシャワールームが完備されていて大変清潔。

車で伺いましたが、ホテルに入る道がなく近辺の市場地下駐車場に入れたのですが。魚臭い汚い街があらわれ驚いた。大きなトランクをかかえがたが道を引きずりながらホテル入口迄、見かねたルーアンの紳士がホテル入口まで一つ荷物を持ってくれました。ポーターやドアマンの存在なくチェッアウト時も階段のある出口を自ら荷物を運ぶのか?気ずかいなしで星の付いたホテルとはとても思えない。サービスとマナーは最低でした使用している寝具やインテリアは星にふさわしく素敵でした。ルーアンの町は素敵です楽しかった。

建物自体が歴史的建造物で、内装は完璧にリノベートされています。プール／スパ／ジムも備えた立派なホテルです。フランスには珍しい位細部までとてもキレイなホテルでした。 ロケーションもベストです。

Agréable séjour ; la piscine/spa étaient fantastiques. Déception en revanche sur la chambre "prestige" située dans l'aile contemporaine (N°303), avec une très faible luminosité liée au fait qu'il n'y avait pour seule ouverture qu'une lucarne, ne s'ouvrant même pas. Je ne l'aurais pas retenue en connaissance de cause.

Absolutely wonderful place! The desk agent, Camille, spoke excellent English, was polite, friendly, and more than helpful. After she escorted us to our room and gave us a tour, she was happy to draw a nice tour to fit our needs. The porters and valets were friendly and helpful as well. The spa is huge. The only drawback is that we stayed only one night. Robes, slippers, thick towels, spacious shower, deep tub in our room. The robes were so lush I had difficulty closing my suitcase!!! 😁 (Just kidding, I didn't steal anything.) Oh yeah, the towel warmer in the shower is nice. Water pressure excellent.

Great location in the center.

Palazzo storico meraviglioso nel pieno centro di Rouen, segnalato anche dalle guide turistiche, ha camere e servizi di gran lusso, e personale non solo efficiente ma anche estremamente gentile e disponibile. La piscina (pare la più ampia piscina sotterranea privata della Normandia...) varrebbe il soggiorno, ottima la colazione. Semplicemente straordinario

Beautiful historical hotel right in the old town with plenty of restaurants etc to choose from. Staff especially valet extremely friendly and helpful without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend to others and if ever I pass this way again will stay with you.

Pas de petit déjeuner

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner restaurant was very good. Would recommend and stay here again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était belle, spacieuse et confortable, avec une ambiance générale que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La literie était de qualité et l’ensemble de la chambre donnait une impression très soignée. La piscine est grande et agréable pour se détendre, même si l’eau était assez froide durant notre séjour. Quelques points méritent toutefois d’être améliorés. Tout d’abord, la décoration du bar ne correspond pas du tout au style et au charme de la façade de l’hôtel, ce qui crée un contraste un peu surprenant. De plus, notre machine à café dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons également été un peu déçus car les photos de la réservation montraient une baignoire, alors que notre chambre était finalement équipée uniquement d’une douche. Enfin, attention si vous réservez une chambre côté rue : l’isolation sonore est limitée et le bruit extérieur peut être important jusque tard dans la nuit, voire jusqu’à 3h ou 4h du matin, avec des personnes qui crient dans la rue. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, le confort général, la qualité de la chambre et les équipements restent très appréciables.

Warm greeting, staff took our bags and led us to our room. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave great recommendations of sights, tours, bakeries, and shops. Amazing pool and sauna! And I love the bathtub in our room.
