Warm greeting, staff took our bags and led us to our room. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave great recommendations of sights, tours, bakeries, and shops. Amazing pool and sauna! And I love the bathtub in our room.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner restaurant was very good. Would recommend and stay here again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était belle, spacieuse et confortable, avec une ambiance générale que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La literie était de qualité et l’ensemble de la chambre donnait une impression très soignée. La piscine est grande et agréable pour se détendre, même si l’eau était assez froide durant notre séjour. Quelques points méritent toutefois d’être améliorés. Tout d’abord, la décoration du bar ne correspond pas du tout au style et au charme de la façade de l’hôtel, ce qui crée un contraste un peu surprenant. De plus, notre machine à café dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons également été un peu déçus car les photos de la réservation montraient une baignoire, alors que notre chambre était finalement équipée uniquement d’une douche. Enfin, attention si vous réservez une chambre côté rue : l’isolation sonore est limitée et le bruit extérieur peut être important jusque tard dans la nuit, voire jusqu’à 3h ou 4h du matin, avec des personnes qui crient dans la rue. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, le confort général, la qualité de la chambre et les équipements restent très appréciables.

Les seuls points positifs sont d’être en centre ville et d’être un bâtiment historique. Nous sommes très très loin d’un 5 étoiles à tout points de vue . Personnel junior livré à lui même .La chambre avait été nettoyé rapidement et le personnel n’est pas venu nettoyer lors de notre séjour. J’ai dû téléphoner pour des serviettes et du papier toilette. Pas de tire-bouchon dans la chambre,ont doit se faire ouvrir la bouteille.Pas de prises USB,la télévision est obsolète (no Netflix ,pas de cast…). Aucun contrôle sur la température de la chambre,pas de clim, les fenêtres sont bloqués.Des fils électriques étaient à nu dans la salle de bain.Le spa aurait pu être sympa si un employé avait daigné lever sa tête de son téléphone et nous indiquer le hammam où nous fournir une serviette. Les meubles du lobby tombent en ruine , Bref passer votre chemin.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They fulfilled every request and helped in every way possible. The staff deserve every bit of praise. The room, however, left something to be desired. Our junior suite was large, but the furnishings felt like something from an airport hotel. And the style of the room leaned too much into the castle motif with the rock tile and dull color. The history of the building offers some explanation, but the given that it was remodeled in 2010 makes me wonder why it still felt so old. The excellent staff, great location, and incredible history of the hotel made for an enjoyable stay. But there is definitely room for improvement.
