フロスト アンド ファイア ブティック ホテル

天気は雨と強風という不運でしたが、それでも温泉は暖かく入れました。夕食にレストランで食べたシェフおすすめコースは最高でした。

温泉が最高！ 二つの露天風呂があり、ほのかな硫黄の香りあり。 川に面した眺めも良い。サウナも有り。 部屋も広く、アイルランドとしてはコスパは良いと思います。

露天風呂付きで快適な宿でした。朝食もとても美味しく、温泉卵体験をさせてもらえます。部屋はbudgetにしてしまうと部屋の前をたくさん人が通ってしまうので少し落ち着きません。

Wifiは遅いですね、ご飯はそれほどおいしくは無いかな…… スタッフは皆さん良い人でゆっくり過ごすのには最高ですね、あと朝食のワッフルも最高です。

地熱地帯で、温泉が湧いています。あちこちの、地面から、温泉の蒸気が上がっています。 部屋の目の前は、川が流れ、とても景色の良い立地です。しかし、寒くて、風が強くて、温泉バスはパスしました。 レストランが、田舎のわりには、良いと思いました朝食の自家製地熱蒸しパンも良かったです。

Ok. The hotel is quite worn on the outside, pool was dirty, one hot tub was not working, the second one was. Breakfast was ok, just a few offerings but the view was good. We were in a family room, faced the parking lot instead of the creek and hillside. Sad. Bathroom was small with the smallest sink i have ever seen. Hot water was plentiful. Our enterance door lock did not engage to shut but our deadbolt did. Thank goodness. But the door did not close all the way because the weatherstripping was all torn up and did not create a good seal. Check in was slow. Receptionest was on the phone conducting some business for the 5 minutes I waited in front of her. Completely ignore me. Once done, she checked me in and told me my room number, telling me to walk up till I see the pool, and it is arround the fence. Yep. I found it! For the price I paid, I was expecting more.

What a lovely place to stay! The hotel is situated right above the river, with hills behind for a beautiful view. There is geothermal activity all around the property, including a vent right on the property where they will cook you an egg if you want! Two hot tubs, a little pool and a sauna complete the experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. To be honest, it's where we slept to prepare for the next day's adventure. A tasty restaurant on site with a delicious breakfast every morning. There's a trail you can walk along the river or climb the behind the property to take in the town, the valley and the other geothermal activity. Also a short walk to the friendly town. We really enjoyed our stay (despite the vague sulfur smell -hey! it's on a volcano! what do you expect?) and would happily return again. Thank you so so much!!! It was a great stay!

I think everything was great other than the window on the door would shine light straight to my face when trying to sleep and people are right outside in the hot tub

Restaurant was delicious. Property is a little dated and the bathrooms are too small but overall the experience and setting was awesome.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal, alles sehr unkompliziert, schöner Ausblick und leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Favorite hotel we stayed at in Iceland!! It is conveniently located along the golden circle in a geothermal field next to a small river. We were upgraded to a river view (which I would definitely book next time), spent copious amounts of time in the hot tubs, and even saw the northern lights!! The included breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Easy parking out front. Truly picturesque — had such a wonderful time at this hotel and hope to be back in the future!

Placeringen af dette hotel er fremragende og helt unikt, men lidt renovering ville nok lokke lidt flere til (man bliver lidt snydt af billederne) - alt i alt udmærket - beliggenheden gør det hele!

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Truly an Iceland experience- warm, friendly atmosphere and staff, lovely accommodations and great views from the room.

Beskidt og nedslidt. Ligger lige midt i område hvor meget gas stiger op fra undergrund, og stanken derfra er forfærdelig, også indendørs. Højt støjniveau herfra også.

Great hot tub and sauna space. Delicious dinner.
