壁が軋む音がうるさかった。

自然に囲まれたホテルでベランダもガラスで囲まれてて自然を満喫できるホテルでした。 近くに湖があるので散策もできるのでリラックスできます。また、朝食も種類が豊富でよかったです。

ヨーロッパ最大の氷河を遠くに見ながら食事のできるレストランは特に素晴らしい。朝食も種類豊富で美味しい。 幹線道路から離れているので静かな夜を過ごすことができる。

冷蔵庫とセーフティボックスがなく、電源コードも少ないなど、少し設備が物足りないところもありましたが、部屋は綺麗でお洒落でした。オーロラが見えたら起こしてくれるサービスもあり。ロビーにはコーヒーメーカーもあり無料でコーヒーが飲めます。朝食も美味しかったです。ステキなホテルでした。

Loved this place. Fantastic location, quiet peaceful with super views & walks from the hotel. Restaurant was high quality. Great base for touring the attractions. Thoroughly recommended.

Zimmer war leider recht hellhörig und man hat die anderen Gäste und besonders das Türenschlagen gehört. Das Frühstück war aber gut und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich. Für eine Nacht mit Oropax ok.

Comfortable, clean & quiet. Good food for breakfast & good dinner options in restaurant. Nice rural setting & distant mountain views. Plenty of parking with lift to help get luggage to rooms. Some nice local walks to lake & elf church/city - don’t forget to sing for them.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle, ruhige Lage mit kleinem Museum. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade. Kleines, in die Jahre gekommenes Bad und alte Matraze.

The hotel is rural but looks nice with a beautiful area around it. Our room was very small however and for the price I was expecting more. The breakfast was included with the stay and was tasty. The staff was friendly. The true highlight was seeing the auroras for the first time.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst we covered the south coast in Iceland, this room came with tv/private bathroom/coffee maker etc. We also had the opportunity to go for breakfast each morning which we took advantage of as prices in Iceland for a meal are quite expensive. Breakfast was great with a mix of different options and staff at breakfast were 10/10, parking outside the hotel was also super easy. A couple of gripes would be that our blind seemed to be not working so we had to fight to get them to open and you’re advised to not use the shower for long because there isn’t a lot of hot water, for what we paid (this was the most expensive place across 6 days) it would have been good to be able to take a hot shower at any time but I guess this is to ensure all guests can get hot water so not a major issue. Last of all as you are so far out there aren’t any shops/places to eat so we decided to eat in the hotel, perhaps our fault but we weren’t aware you had to make a reservation, we arrived at the dining area and no one sat us so we stood there for a couple minutes, once we took a seat one girl seemed to keep looking at us but never came over and after 15 minutes we asked a waiter if we could get service, he hesitated and gave us menus (2 different menus for my partner and I) and then we waited another 10 minutes and we got up and left and ate at a restaurant nearby which was delicious. I can’t say that the hotel was super busy with seats remaining so unsure why this happend

Staff was so nice and the included breakfast was great! Staff even let me play the piano in the common room. Loved this stay!

Room had weird smell, very little privacy even with curtains pulled. Staff were very nice though

Hotel was great and clean. Morning chefs were wonderful, helpful and entertaining
