Nice environment and good food. They provide good breakfast and dinner. Even price a bit high but worth to pay. They also provide fast and reasonable price laundry service. Will stay again if visit Iceland.

Got TV in the room, but can't watch ordinary TV channel, have to use your own mobile device to connect, so not to bother, just use your own mobile straight away. No kettle in the room, so have to get hot water from restaurant, staffs are very hepful for that. Lastly, got bugs bite on ankle!

Worst hotel ever. Having booked seeing it is a 3-stars hotel not realizing it is a tiny tiny metal box like a human traffic container.
Paper walls, everything is rubbish in the room maybe recycled somewhere, never see a hotel like that. The access is also not possible with suitcase since not stable gravel road, but forget the suitcase, the room has NO room for suitcase at all.
The worst hotel ever in my life. Not even a hotel. Besides all that, their price is NOT cheap at all. -3 stars Refugees camp. Don’t be fooled by their exterior photos. SCAM how they got 3 stars?

床及枕被都十分乾淨、舒適。早餐種類多樣化及好味道，坐位舒適，景觀美麗寧靜。可惜，房間床頭兩旁只放置椅子代替牀頭桌。廁所廁盆可放化妝品及洗臉用品的位置太小，有點不方便。

Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast with hot and cold options, very clean rooms. They have a special rooftop area where you can go to view the Aurora. We saw it!

Pleasant location with beautiful views.
Hotel staff was friendly.
The restaurant is nice - good food, wonderful service.
The facilities are in need of upgrading. The price we paid for an "average at best" room was exorbitant. We were charged over $530 (USD) for a room with threadbare curtains and a bathroom with broken fixtures.
