確かに周辺地域の夜はちょっと怖いです。でもホテルの中はとても綺麗で、部屋も満足でした。朝食も種類が多くて申し分ないです。周辺地域のことはわかって予約しているので、私たちには申し分ないホテルでした。

とにかく周りの環境が悪すぎます。ナポリ中央駅周辺は避けたほうがいいと聞いていましたが、翌日、早朝に駅に行くためなのと、寝るだけだったので選びましたが、ホテルまでのたった５分の道のりも遠く感じるほど治安が悪かったです。 ホテル自体は新しくて快適でしたが、４つ星なのでせめて部屋にお湯を沸かすポットが欲しいです。また、夜にホテルの外に出るのは身の危険を感じるほどなので、遅い時間までルームサービスがあるといいと思いました。

This hotel is very close to Napoli station. and there are some bar, restaurant and supermarket near this hotel.

La stanza era in ottimo stato, mancavano alcuni piccoli dettagli tipo uno specchio ad altezza persona, qualche appendino per le asciugamani in bagno e una luce più alta allo specchio del bagno. La colazione (dolce) qualitativamente sufficiente. Personale triste in contraddizione con lo spirito della citta’. €154 + Tessa di soggiorno un po’ esagerati.

Good location, very close to the railway station. As they were overbooked, we got a twin room even tho we booked the queen room. So was not keen on that and the staff was a little rude about this.

The stay was fine fridge did not work on my return I have a charge of £182.00 I have tried ringing 20times permanently engaged The email system blocks you sending a direct email So I have reported it to Hotels.com but have had no answer as yet It had spoiled the trip and not being able to get a response in this day and age is ridiculous

Siisti huone. Siivoojat ja aamupalatyöntekijät todella ystävällisiä. Kattoallas ei ilmeisesti ollut näin myöhään syksyllä auki, se oli harmi. Lähellä rautatieasemaa ja metroa. Myös bussit kulki vierestä. Alle kilometri Via Tribunaleen, isompi ruokakauppa parin korttelin päässä.

I didnt feel safe when leaving the property, but this is not the properties fault. Going out during the day was fine, but late at night, I did not feel safe. But again not the Hotel's fault and nothing they can do. We liked the food nearby and the train station nearby. Easy to get around. I loved the windows opening to the outside world. The room was fine, we only stayed a few days to our next destination.

Personnel très accueillant, chambre spacieuse et propre. Emplacement très pratique pour visiter Naples. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner.

The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

WiFi in the room terrible. Poor TV channels veriety. TV affected like the WiFi with freeze. No telephone for outside calls in the room. Very little space on sink for toiletry. Shower floor with mold. Very small room. Staff okay. Location unpleasant.

Room was cleaned and well supplied with necessities. Staff were friendly. I will definitely go. Ack again.

Room was generally clean and comfortable with AC running great. However, the bathroom shower wall edges have molds that was kind of not pleasant to look at while showering. Think new caulking is required. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Overall, quite a pleasant stay.
