Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Beautiful hotel and convenient to much of the city.

Room spotless. Reception very helpful

Good location, very close to the railway station. As they were overbooked, we got a twin room even tho we booked the queen room. So was not keen on that and the staff was a little rude about this.

The stay was fine fridge did not work on my return I have a charge of £182.00 I have tried ringing 20times permanently engaged The email system blocks you sending a direct email So I have reported it to Hotels.com but have had no answer as yet It had spoiled the trip and not being able to get a response in this day and age is ridiculous

I didnt feel safe when leaving the property, but this is not the properties fault. Going out during the day was fine, but late at night, I did not feel safe. But again not the Hotel's fault and nothing they can do. We liked the food nearby and the train station nearby. Easy to get around. I loved the windows opening to the outside world. The room was fine, we only stayed a few days to our next destination.

The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

WiFi in the room terrible. Poor TV channels veriety. TV affected like the WiFi with freeze. No telephone for outside calls in the room. Very little space on sink for toiletry. Shower floor with mold. Very small room. Staff okay. Location unpleasant.

Room was cleaned and well supplied with necessities. Staff were friendly. I will definitely go. Ack again.

Room was generally clean and comfortable with AC running great. However, the bathroom shower wall edges have molds that was kind of not pleasant to look at while showering. Think new caulking is required. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

Frühstück war mittelmässig. Bedienung eher unfreundlich, auf ein Brötchen musste man während dem Frühstück 10 min. warten bis sie gebacken wurden.

The area is not safe. My Iphone was pick pocketed and the staff were of no assistance to help

Nice place. The room is good size and so is the bathroom. It’s clean and neat and the people are very nice. The breakfast room was delightful.

Bra med frukt och tillräcklig med pålägg. Saknade doch nättre bröd och små yoghurt burkar.

Receptionist was very unfriendly and rude. Wanted to hold our passports which we did not agree to do. Sinks didn't drain well and shower would start randomly dripping. Mold in the shower. Rooftop bar didn't smell good and bartenders acted like they were doing us a favor to serve us. Pool was not clean. Wouldn't stay there again even for 1 night.

Excellent hotel with a superb breakfast. Area where the hotel is located is a bit “rough around the edges”, to say the least.

Beds were comfortable Good air conditioning Well located for access to Napoli centrale train station and the metro A few reviews said the location was sketchy but we felt all of Naples was a bit like that! We were 2 young female travellers and felt safe here (although we’re always back before dark) Breakfast was basic but ok, could do with a few more choices but was good enough Service friendly and welcoming, would stay again if we returned to Naples

Difficult to rate this hotel - first what we liked: the hotel itself is compact & fine. The rooms are a good size, good quality, and cleaning was excellent every day. The breakfast was good - only the breakfast staff could have been a little more welcoming. Reception & door staff were very friendly. We didn’t like: The stairs around the lift need to be vacuum cleaned - we walked up to the roof bar and the first impression wasn’t great. I have no idea if our room was upgraded as it wasn’t mentioned at reception (?) and we weren’t offered or reminded that we qualified for free drinks as part of the Expedia package. I queried it when we checked out and was told I could have requested it at the bar - I’d forgotten as we’d booked a number of hotels and it would have been good to have been reminded at check in. Finally - not much the hotel can do about this but the location wasn’t great - dirty streets (unfortunately a lot of Napoli suffers from this problem) but also it’s not in a touristic area and on the wrong side of the city for the majority of attractions. The nearest amenity would be the station which is a 10min walk.
