シングルで予約しましたが、ツインベッドの部屋でした。ベビーベットもありました。広々した感じでくつろげました。

2階のお風呂の排水溝が詰まっているのか、お風呂のお湯を流した時流れにくかった。それ以外は最高でした。また泊まります！

The check in process was super easy. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Close to Nijo Castle and there’s a Lawson in front the hotel if you want grab something at night.

The hotel was beautiful and so clean. Front desk attendants were professional, kind, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. They provided pajamas and slippers for in room use as they request all shoes be taken off and left at the door. We loved that the elevator opened straight to our room. The room was so spacious. We highly recommend as you will be very pleased.

We stayed in the penthouse suite at the top of the hotel and it was fabulous, I cannot recommend it enough. The interior is beautiful, the private hot tub was a bonus, and it was so clean and well presented. The staff were very helpful; they arranged our luggage transfer for us and were helpful with various queries. There is a tiny bar on the ground floor and we were also treated to a round of complimentary drinks as patrons of the hotel. In terms of location it is pretty good - 10 min walk from a metro station that connects directly with Kyoto Station; also there is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away - we took the bus to get round Kyoto a lot, and found it to be very convenient. It was easy to get to the Golden Pavilion, Arashiyama bamboo forest and numerous temples. Thank you to the lovely staff; it was our favourite accommodation during our holiday in Japan.

The room was clean and comfortable for a group of 5 people considering Japan's standards. About 10 minutes walk from the subway station in a peaceful yet close neighborhood to tourist attractions.

This property was nothing but excellent. It was absolutely beautiful inside. Extremely spacious and everything we could ask for.

I would highly recommend this place to stay in Kyoto. It is far enough from the hussle and bustle of the center of Kyoto, but also steps away from a bus stop to get everywhere. The front desk staff is very helpful. They are typically only available after 1500 at this establishment but you can message them at any time. They provided all the necessary toiletries and PJs! The only thing that may need to be fixed is the shower situation in the layout we stayed in. The water would always come out of the bath leaving a water puddle. But other that that everything was excellent. They even helped us out with our luggage sending! Would stay here again when coming back to Kyoto.

Amazing space with two separate bedrooms. This is such a hidden treasure in the heart of Kyoto. I am definitely staying here again.

This was our favorite place we stayed in Japan. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment - it was spacious and modern and clean. we liked the location too - near the Niko-Jo place and Imperial Garden. Would recommend for a family traveling to Kyoto. Only downside is front desk is only open between 3-8pm but it didn’t pose a problem for us.

Very friendly staff and the room was big and good. But there was mold on the curtain in the bathroom and by the window in the main room. There was also chips between the beds and food under the sofa. So it wasn’t cleaned propper enough unfortunately. Hope that will be fixed for future guests. It was good besides that.

Great place to stay. Comfortable room and cosy

A comfortable room, however their was no one at the desk upon arrival despite arriving at 3pm. The contact number to call was 'disconnected', leaving us feeling quite anxious after a long day of travel. It was only by accident that our arrival was acknowledged and another guest assisted us.
