徒歩圏内で祇園など行くことができて、便利な場所でした。 室内も広く、キッチンも着いており、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。 また、訪れたいお宿です。 ありがとうございました。

The hotel was very pleasant! The towels were clean (most hotels I stay in the towels smell ...), the room was big, everything was clean and working well. Staff was very nice.and helpful. I liked the little tea room at the entrance a lot - it was beautiful and you could relax there with a tea and meet other people. I stronlgy recommend the hotel.

Staff were kind and nice. Room was spacious and clean. When I entered my room, I saw a roach in the room and I found it again died in the bathroom. Sorry for that.

新しいホテルのようで、部屋も設備もとても清潔で綺麗でした。しかしながら、部屋の壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の声がかなり響いてきました。 フロントの前に、小さな休憩所のような場所があって、コーヒーやお茶を無料でいただきながら寛げます。ただ、チェックインの際に全く説明がなく、利用できなかったのが残念です。

多少音が伝わりやすいです

Fantastic location with a stunning building in traditional Japanese style. I highly recommend this place. The neighborhood is very well served, with convenience stores, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket all nearby. Everything is easily accessible and within walking distance.

The room was well appointed, my only comment was that the check in staff weren’t as welcoming as we had experienced throughout our stay in Japan. Most of the other staff were just lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at the Machiya Ebisuya. It's a bit far from Kyoto Station but still walkable, and really central to much they Kyoto has to offer. The room and amenities were great.

It was a comfortable, cozy, and warm place.

Room was the right amount of space for three travelers. It was very cozy and staff were friendly and gave good advice in regards to food and transportation. Highly recommend!

Wonderful quiet location. An easy walk to many areas. We had a three person room and it was comfortable and clean. We had a washer/ dryer in our room but it took a very long time to run a cycle. We should’ve used the laundry on the first floor. We could hear our neighbors at some point but it was never to the point where we could not sleep. The staff was very kind and helpful with our many questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful hotel! We stayed at some big hotels in Tokyo and wanted a smaller place to stay in Kyoto that reflected Japanese architecture. I found this hotel on Expedia and booked it and so glad I did! The hotel was beautiful with tradition Japanese look and feel but with all the modern amenities. The kids slept on mattresses in a screened off room and loved it. The front desk staff were all lovely, and the free washer and dryer were a big plus. We also had breakfast for W days

Everything was perfect.

Great spacious family room for our family of 4 easily walkable to train station, Gion district, temples, food, and shopping.

Outstanding !! our fifth floor room suite was amazing. Service was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.
