ビーチ前のホテル。プールも眺めがとてもよい。テレビがなかったのが残念。エアコンもなかったが、夜は涼しかったので問題なかったです。価格からするとGoodだと思います。

The whole place is deteriorating: the exterior stairs are dangerous: uneven and missing railings....only a sheet on our bed...tiles missing around bathroom sink.... We moved to another hotel it was so awful: Definitely not a 4* accommodation.

This place was a nightmare. We booked two rooms for our family but were given rooms on opposite sides of the building with many stairs, which was very difficult for my almost 80-year-old brother. One room had no AC, and they tried to charge extra for an “upgrade.” The rooms were dirty, with ants and bugs, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The manager later helped move us closer, but overall the stay was disappointing. Be careful and read all details before booking.

This site will only allow 1500 characters so I am not able to give a full review. 1. Way too many stairs...even for relatively fit people. 2. Service and food was inconsistent at breakfast. 3. Rooms are old and need updating. Beds are hard a a rock and not new as management has said in other reviews. 4. Pool is beautiful but has no service and 6 loungers. 5. 1 male and 1 female toilet for the whole resort (at the beach). There is approximately 40 spots on the beach? 6. They allow people to "save" loungers and not show up for hours...we saw it with our own eyes. 7. Service didn't open up till 11am. So people who were buying beach passes for the day take up spaces before they pay. 8. Loungers are old and padding is splitting open. 9. If you have to work...wifi does not work. We had to use our phone data and even that didn't work in the room. We could only use it out on the deck or down at the beach. 10. You have to fetch your own drinkable water. There is a jug in your room you have to fill yourself. I think it would beneficial for the resort to have a machine in each room. The rooms do not have tea or coffee machine. The view is beautiful yet you can't enjoy a cup in your room unless you hike down to get it. Water for tea was always Luke warm. 11. Luke warm showers The staff are very nice. Received a massage on the beach and that was very nice as well. The beach is beautiful, but the resort needs an overhaul.

Room dated and not in good condition, but it does have a gloriously large patio with chaises and hammock. You forget the inadequacies because of the wonderful view. Some quality control and repairs would make it better.

Staff was exceptional right from our check in with Luis to our numerous attentive wait staff and cleaners. I would especially compliment Paulo for the amazing massage. Many folks may be hesitant about the number of steps but I assure you the views make it all worth while. Large rooms with beautiful decks and a pool & happy hour bar you will not get anywhere else! Loved it all.

Rooms need attention. The views are incredible. The pool and beach club are great. The rooms need some work.

The location was beautiful, but we had several disappointing experiences: ***We found a large cockroach on the bathroom counter on the first night. ***During breakfast, we were interrupted by a call from Reception saying our room was only upgraded for the first night. We were abruptly told to pack within an hour and vacate the room due to another booking, a detail never explained during check-in. The person on the phone was rude and unapologetic, ruining our meal. Furthermore, the new room wasn’t ready, leaving us stranded on the beach with our valuables until it was. ***The hotel also sells day passes to non-registered guests, which led to overcrowding. When we went to the beach, there were no towels or seating available, which was frustrating and poorly managed.

Excelente lugar y atención del Personal. La alberca, el área de playa y el mar: lo mejor.!! Recomendable para volver una vez más.!!

Pros The view is beautiful and the beach and pool were great! The provided breakfast was excellent along with view. Reception staff was nice-Although I did learn more info from a guest that has been there every year for many years Cons-not necessarily complaints-maybe suggestions. There are so many steps. Be prepared to get your cardio in. The curtains had stains on them. The front door had cracks in the wood. There are no vending machines. It would be a nice addition. The bathroom shower and toilet needed cleaned better. Wifi was not strong. Need to upgrade to electronic key cards-just a suggestion.

Thank you to all the staff. You were all super friendly and accomodating. Big shout out to the front desk staff and cleaning staff. Julisa and Hector, thank you for going above and beyond.. You made my stay a memorable one..looking forward to seeing you both again next time. The location of the hotel in realation to the sea is perfect. It were any closer to the sea, the hotel would be in it..:-)

Staff was lovely, the rooms & public spaces had excellent views; the breakfast that was included was ample & delicious. The beach area was immaculate. Food was good, great location & reasonably priced. Wait staff Hector & Julia were exceptionally kind. I had a massage & mani-pedi at Joy Spa located at the hotel. Danielle was an excellent masseuse- all my aches & pains melted away as I lay there, while listening to the sounds of the waves. Elisabeth did my mani-pedi - she was very warm & kind & my nails look great.

Loved the sunsets from our balcony The restaurant and bars also had wonderful views. It made all those steps worthwhile. The beach and pool were beautiful too. The staff were very friendly and genuinely so. They made our stay even more delightful

Great location on the beach. Pool was great and the staff were very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Older buildings but for the price can’t beat it

El frigobar y aire acondicionado de la habitación 27 no sirven, llame a recepción para que lo revisara alguien y solo dijeron que lo harían, sin embargo no se presentó nadie, concluyó mi estadía y seguía sin solución el problema. Para rematar se me extravió un perfume Lancome de bolsillo justo después de que limpiarán la habitación el día sábado 29, la verdad es que no me quedaron ganas de hospedarme ahí nuevamente

La playa donde se ubica el hotel no es pet friendly, me hospedé en ese hotel por la comodidad de estar a pie de playa y poder llevar a mi perro, aunque el hotel si acepta mascotas nunca especifican que no podrán usar la playa hasta que ya estás ahí, tuve que moverme a una playa a media hora de distancia para llevar a mi perro, para eso me hubiera hospedado en cualquier hotel lugar más económico que no estuviera a pie de playa, sin mencionar que las restricciones para mascotas en el hotel también son muy amplias, aceptar mascotas y ser petfriendly no es lo mismo, por si fuera poco, la habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, terminé pagando casi el doble de lo que ya había pagado para que me dieran una habitación con aire acondicionado y que además entrara mi perro a un hotel que ni podía usar
