Room good staff nice. Would of liked them to change up buffet menu more and enforce the adult only pool rules.

We like the property. But customer service, food, information was very frustrating. Only one restaurant we liked, it was Zai. Management of the resort need big improvement!!!!

Room was nice, most staff was sweet, but our minibar never got refilled until the last day and the pool was so cold. I mean ridiculously cold. No one wanted to get in, entertainment staff struggled to find people who wanted to play the pool games because no one wanted to get in the pool. Also some of the buffet food options could be improved.

My first night and my air conditioning did not work. I was moved at 12:25 am. In the havoc, I left a bathing suit behind. 2 days later, it still wasn't located, although I checked 2x per day. It finally turned up when someone went and checked. My original room had never been cleaned. Eew. Staff was nice enough but very compartmentalized. The place is nice, food okay. Nothing stood out as impressive.

We decided to stay here and give this place a chance we come to Cancun quite frequently we figured we’d try a new place. This place was a horrible joke. In the 10 days that I stayed there, I never got a hot shower because there was never hot water i complained nothing was done. There app to make reservations never worked right and that is the only way you can make a reservation at one of the restaurants and actually get food instead of buffet food so I had to go to the front desk and beg them to help me which they didn’t want to do the food was terrible anyway the buffet food was horrible. They wanted us to pay per day that we were there to have our room cleaned. They did not just offer that normally as you go stay at a resort that’s included in the price. There was a secondary price to have your room cleaned. The mini bar in our room was never stocked, even though we were promised, unlimited drinks. I don’t really care I don’t really drink for the mini bar, but I still cared because it was one of the perks of getting into that resort all in all we are completely dissatisfied. By the way we were treated there and we will never be back save yourself some money and do not go there.

The first night i had to sleep in a room with a pull down bed! I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds. The 2nd day, i was moved to the room i booked. The food there was HORRIBLE! ALL the resturaunts except Zai had horrible food. Zai's food was amazing. The staff were very rude and were of no help when you asked a question.

Very Clean room! Had a free upgrade thanks to my Expedia member status which was very nice attention from the hotel! The staff is probably one of the nicest I have seen so far in Mexico and they keep that place rolling! Property is been renovated so you had a few spidermen fixing the balconies (not too noisy) Food was good and variety at the buffet. Lots of chairs at the beach and the area is clean. Live singers almost every night at the lobby bar section, good music too! The shows were just okay nothing extravagant! Drinks are good no need to upgrade to the members blabla option! Overall I recommend this hotel at least once, it’s only 25-30 min from the airport! 🙂 Had a great time with family and friends!🎉

The resort was fantastic! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, there was often lots of entertainment, food could be found almost anywhere, and everything was very clean!

Комната чистая , отель компактный , вкусное кофе , еда требует пересмотра , нет рыбы , мясо в основном курица , на улице буфет норм, программа хорошая, персонал отличный, на пляже проблема с зонтами. Не знаю от чего но ребенок подхватил желудочный вирус, так же были детки тоже с таким диагнозом, но я думаю это из за бассейна .

Clean rooms and bathrooms through out the facility. Great entertainment at the pool with staff members Ruben, Israel, Itzel and Cesar. The waiters and waitresses were pretty great. They have a coffee shop that you can get lattes at. The food was hit or miss. The restaurant reservations were great but reservations limited. I wish the buffet had more Mexican food.

We loved every bit of staying at the resort. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. Kids loved it too. They even had a kids area. We will be definitely going back to this resort for another vacation.

We had a 4 days 5 nights stay and it’s safe to say we were quite bored by like day two. For an all inclusive hotel, there isn’t much entertainment options in the night or even much activity options during the day. It’s mostly like bingo by the pool or something like that. Most nights on the app they say they have live dj or entertainment by the lobby area but then you go down and it’s nothing. Then there isn’t much for food options. It’s only the buffet available for breakfast & lunch. And also most likely you’re having it for dinner!! The restaurants available for dinner are ONLY by reservations. And the so called “app” only allows you to make two reservations for the entirety of your stay. So basically if you’re staying 5 nights at this hotel, you only get dinner at the fancy restaurants for 2 nights and then have the same dinner at the buffet for the remaining 3 night. So you can call front desk or guest services and they’ll tell you they can’t make the reservation for you. They’d also tell you to go to the restaurant directly but the restaurant doesn’t open till like 6 so basically you have to wait till dinner time and they’re booked out and can’t give you a reservation for that night. So either you starve or GO TO THE BUFFET. Like you pay so much money and can’t get a proper dinner at this place? Room service is also a “delivery fee”?? I thought this was all inclusive. Nevertheless, I won’t return. And do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options.

Food was bad, beds and pillows were rock hard, room neighbors partying in room loud for multiple night till well after midnight and nothing was done about it. Check in was a joke. I have been to this place no less than 9 times and was seriously disappointed with this visit and will it return. I had 14 people in my group with kids and grandkids for a family trip.

Very clean and friendly environment,staffs are kind and helpful. Israel and Robin were helping everyone to have a great time . Yuga,aqua fitness and all kinds of sport and games and entertainment around the pool or in the lobby were run with these 2 guys and thier coworkers that i don't remember all names . Every night were fantastic show in its theater. The food also was great in a good variety. I recommend this place for getting away from cold and enjoy the sun in the middle of winter specially if u have kids there is kids area with activities and pool and water slide safe and clean .
