提供された部屋がコネクティングルームだったのもあるかもしれないが、とにかく部屋がうるさい。隣の声はだだ漏れでテレビの音もハッキリと聞こえてくる。また、廊下を歩く音もドアを閉める音もコンクリートのせいかよく響いて寝られなかった。 また、エレベーターはよく故障して各階に止まるし設備も古い。 プールサイドでの食事もあまり清潔に思えなかったがレストランの全体的に食事は味が良かったと思う。 良かった点として、ホテルのフロント以外のスタッフはメキシコらしくてフレンドリーだった。

I really wanted to like this hotel but I should have listened to tik tok reviews of this hotel. The food is horrible. The drinks are terrible. We went to an excursion and while we were there other people that were in our hotel asked us what do we think of the food and drinks. That says a lot for it to be a topic of conversation. Housekeeping does not honor the do not clean sign even if you tell them no thank you. We had a bottle of patron and I say we do not need any services and we come back and the bottle is down more than before we left. Our balcony we could not enjoy it because the chairs had ants all over them. We put a napkin on the floor of the balcony on Monday they did not sweep the balcony till Friday or maybe the napkin flew away. That explains the ants. We spilled something on our sheets they claimed to have cleaned the room I go to lay down and there goes the spot we spilled. All they do is fix the bed not change the sheets and we were there for 7days. Ladies do not think of going to get something to eat in a buffet restaurant that is located beside the pool with just your bathing suit on. Even if you have the nice bathing suit cover up bottoms. You need to have the top as well. After 8pm honestly the hotel is boring. They do karaoke for like half hour and that’s it. The drinks stop at 11pm. Again I wanted to like the hotel but it is also far from all the fun spots. You have to take a bus. The shuttle service is not reliable. We had to cancel an excursion.

Убрала свездочки из-за строительства которое было за забором и какие-то реконструкции в самом отеле. Отель маленький и весь этот шум мешал. Ещё раз туда не поеду. Хорошо что остановилась только на 2 дня.

Decent place for the price and nicer than the pictures. The food wasn’t too bad but the add lists four main eating restaurants. They are the buffet, a fancy place, a Japanese place (which is only open a few night a week) and the last place they have listed was closed for renovations so just be aware of that. They did all so have a deli, a pizza place and a snack bar that all served decent food but only operated some hours. The room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

La variedad de alimentos y bebidas es muy reducida. Se descompuso la chapa de la puerta de entrada y el camarista no la reporto, ni hizo la limpieza y a las 20 HRS que regresamos a descansar todo estaba desordenado.

I was nervous coming to the hotel after reading some negative comments, but it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and the food didn’t disappoint. The beach was beautiful and overall the experience was great for the price we paid.

We got what we paid for. The food wasn’t great, almost the same menu everyday and they put too much sodium on their food. Bar closes at 11pm :(

Beautiful property

The staff in the dining areas, for recreation, and housekeeping was so thoughtful and engaged. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and ability to remember who you were and where you were staying. I highly recommend this hotel despite negative reviews. The food was delicious. The options were never ending for dining, entertainment, and activities. The lifeguard was so diligent by the ocean, even when it was windy, the beaches were swept regularly, and there was barely any weeds compared to other areas that we’ve stayed. It was a delightful property and a wonderful experience.
