お部屋も清潔、スタッフも優しい方々でした

ホテルの設備、スタッフの対応は素晴らしいが隣かどこかでイベントがあったのか夜中の3時まで音が響いて眠れなかった。 寝るためにホテルを予約してるわけで、防音はホテルの最重要項目だと思う。他が良かっただけに非常に残念

Great location and nice clean room

The room was great and clean. The first night there was a situation with the Shakira concert people testing their sound system the night before her concert and it was insanely loud and playing the same one Ed Sheeran song over and over and over. i called down to the front desk to find out if anything could be done and they were quite rude. My husband walked down the road and talked to the crew and it was fine after that. I thought if you don't put any notice outside your door, the maid still comes, but I guess I was wrong. :-(

Very modern, clean and well located property. Staff was very corteus and efficient. Will come back soon!

Beautiful historical hotel. We loved it.

Location was very convenient as you are in the heart of Centro Historico. Close shops/restaurants, staff is very attentive.

Very clean and quiet, wonderful staff

The hotel is in the centro histórico and there is so much to explore in the area. The restaurant has a varied menu. The food is delicious

Chambre super propre et rénovée en 2024, personnel professionnel et accueillant. L’hôtel est très bien située sans que ce soit trop bruyant pour bien dormir. Les lits sont confortables.

Very clean and quiet rooms! Very respectful employees and willing to help on what they can. Definitely coming back to this hotel again!

Clean rooms and Great staff!

The room was clean, mini bar small for a room of 3 but good complement and custumer services was outstanding.

While the room was comfortable, we did not appreciate the service. We paid for a King Room and upon check in learned that the bathtub in the room is undergoing maintenance and we would need to go into another room for a night before switching over. We got up early for a trip and had to check our bags with the front desk. At that time, they sent someone to our old room to ensure we didn’t take anything from it. They radio each other to communicate. The front desk asked if we took a hanger or an iron. Ridiculous. When we came back later in the day, we had to check into our new room. I asked the front desk lady if that was normal and she said that it’s to ensure we don’t forget our own belongings in the room. That’s a lie. We checked out this morning entirely and yet again they used their radio to communicate and asked us if we took a mug. I don’t appreciate customer service that surrounds itself with accusatory attitudes. I wouldn’t stay here again simply because I have traveled a lot of places and stayed in the lot of hotels and never had staff treat me like that.

Very friendly staff

Room was in good condition, staff was friendly and very attentive the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because since we got the there the smell of sewer in the room was so strong all our stay rather than that room was pretty very clean location is great you have many of the attractions walking distances all around…
