Room was nice and cleaned. Location was great. Ernesto was great and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The only reason to give this place two stars is because Ernest was so wonderful and helpful otherwise, they deserve no stars. We got an upgraded room and we should have brought our own amenities. The soap in the shower was empty. They provided us with one coffee pod each, one bath towel each, 4 hangers (I’ll get to that) and one hand towel to share between the two of us. There were no face towels, tissue boxes, no bathroom cups. It was like staying at a motel. We dealt with it but after international travel, going shopping to pick up basic amenities wasn’t enjoyable. But it was the last part that added insult to injury. As we checked out, the front desk guy asked if we had any “hooks”. We had no idea what he meant and so after questioning him we realized that he was asking us if we had packed two of their hangers. So apparently they provide 6 hangers (not 4). Not only was that rude and ridiculous, but you checked us into an “upgraded” room with no soap, unreplenished or lacking amenities and you accused us of stealing. My advice to these people is that they verify that they have replenished the few amenities that they offer and go through a checklist of the room before they admit a guest. Accusing us of the thievery of two wooden hangers was absolutely inappropriate. And because I understand Spanish he went on to tell his colleagues that we were lying. Terrible service. Don’t stay here. They embarrassed themselves at the very end.

We stayed at Hotel Bellas Artes for a short trip to Mexico City and our stay was great. The hotel appears to be newly renovated, and when we entered our room, we were amazed by how beautiful it was. The room was very clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the mini fridge, which was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. We had a balcony facing the main street, and it was wonderful to open the balcony doors in the morning and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly, and we especially liked the hotel’s location it’s within walking distance to the Zócalo and close to many museums. There is also a 24-hour 7-Eleven and a restaurant on the same block, just a few steps away, which was very convenient. We will definitely book here again.

This property is outstanding, very close the downtown activities and very friendly/helpful staff.

Todo estuvo increíble! La ubicación es perfecta si quieres conocer el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México, en los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas para pasar el rato

It was such a nice stay. Staff was so kind and helpfull. I checked in very late and it was helpful that they gave me late check out. I didn't even have to ask. Hotel is very cute. Anestheticly pleasing and very clean.

Great staff, the room was excellent. Only down side is noise levels in the early morning, but it’s to be expected with its location. The convenience to soo many restaurants and museums are worth it.

Great place to stay in the centro histórico,

We arrived in the middle of the night and staff got us checked in within minutes. Room was big, clean and ac worked great. Good location and great restaurant/bakery two doors down that’s open 24 hours. Definitely recommend it.

Convenient, easy to walk around the area, friendly staff.

Great location. I appreciate the free drinks, beer, water, soda. The staff could've been more friendly. ( Smile, eye contact, and be ready to answer few sightseeing questions).

The hotel was beautiful! Very clean and spacious

Nicely styles rooms with very high ceilings. A comfortable bed and good soundproofing keeping out a good portion of the street noise.
