The room was clean! Staff were friendly. We would have loved having two cards, because we were two guests but aside from that everything was great! Great location.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Bellas Artes. The hotel a rooms are beautiful and spacious. The decor, attention to detail, and cleanliness were top tier. A perfect location to land every evening after exploring CDMX. I highly recommend this hotel.

The good: Location, English speaking staff, luggage storage, 1 PM check out, close to all attractions in city center and a ton of restaurants. On-site restaurant too. The bad: Location. The street closes suddenly from time time when there are civic protests and marches etc. Not the fault of the hotel. Then you walk a bit to catch a taxi etc. Of you get your room cleaned by staff during a multi-day stay, ensure that you got all towels, etc. as they check at the time of check out. We were a hand towel short. We explained that we never got it and they accepted our explanation.

Incredible stay

Great location!!! Friendly and very helpful staff!! Do not be afraid to ask anything from them. Especially places to eat but make sure you know what you have a craving for. Just one con, there was a protest march when we were there and it got a bit noisy. Again the staff was great. Thank you guys

El hotel esta limpio habitaciones muy comodas y el servicio muy bueno el unico pero es que no cuenta con estacionamiento

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier historique

Quiero empezar diciendo que mi estancia en este hotel fue excelente. Mi habitación y la de mis familiares estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas. El personal de limpieza hizo un gran trabajo asegurándose de que nuestras habitaciones estuvieran limpias y bien atendidas. Nos hospedamos durante 4 noches y, de esas 4 noches, solo solicité que limpiaran mi habitación dos veces. Aquí es donde las cosas empiezan a empeorar… Desocupamos nuestras habitaciones mucho antes de la hora de salida, retiramos todas nuestras pertenencias, bajamos las escaleras, pasamos por recepción y nos detuvieron para realizar el proceso de check-out. En la mayoría de los hoteles en los que me he hospedado, no es necesario notificar al personal que estás haciendo check-out; simplemente desocupas la habitación antes de la hora de salida. Según mi experiencia, tampoco es necesario devolver las tarjetas llave. El personal de recepción entonces pidió las tarjetas llave y les indiqué que las habíamos dejado en la habitación. Dije: “¿Ah, hay que devolverlas?” y el personal de recepción se rió de forma condescendiente y dijo: “Pues claro”, como si el comentario que hice fuera tonto. No había ninguna “regla” escrita ni se mencionó esto durante el check-in. Después de esa interacción, nos dijeron que esperáramos y nos sentáramos mientras el personal revisaba nuestras habitaciones, algo que tampoco había experimentado en ningún otro hotel. Cabe mencionar que ya había pedido nuestro Uber al aeropuerto y le informé al

Primero que nada, el personal fue de lo mas amable durante nuestra estancia. Prepararon una sorpresa romantica junto con mi pareja y fue de lo mejor, muy bien ejecutado y con mucho detalle. La habitación estuvo muy agradable, limpia, y la cama bastante comoda. Also que tomar nota, el hotel esta ubicado en una calle bastante transitada asi que en la noche hay mucho ruido recomiendo usar tapones para dormir. El baño muy comodo con una regadera grande y moderna, las batas fueron un buen detalle. Mi único comentario seria el aire acondicionado, nunca se prendio durante nuestra estancia y los dias si estuvieron calientes. Lo platicamos con el personal y nos aseguraban que lo solucionaban pero nunca prendio y en las noches se puso incomodo con el calor y la humedad. De ahi en fuera nos encanto este hotel.

Beautiful hotel! The architecture and staff were amazing!

Extremely clean, nice rooms, great location.

The staff were very nice and helpful and the service was great. Staff leaves a couple of courtesy water bottles after cleaning the room every day. However, they wouldn’t sell us any extra water bottles after running out of water and the stores close early so we couldn’t go buy any.

The hotel is a part of history and it is maintained very well with all the modern amenities. The location is perfect for walking to so many wonderful places including entertainment, restaurants and museums. We will come back!

Great location! Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean.

Excellent location in the historic district. Building is 200+ years old, but has only been this hotel for about 5 years. We had a double room (2 queen beds) so was a bit tight, but OK for 2 people. Lovely finishes. Very reasonable prices for the hotel and in the restaurant. Lots of dining options nearby as well. Close to metro and hop-on/hop-off buses, plus attractions.
