We had a great time, the amenities and the quality of food and drinks was top notch, including healthy options. The staff, especially Jose (Guest services), Antonio and Luis at the Casa del Mar restaurant, Juan at the front desk, were extremely helpful and took good care of us. The bowling alley and the silent disco were the highlights of our stay. The only downside is that the beach is full of brown seaweed.

Great service and a wonderful all inclusive. Gustavo is an amazing bartender, friendly and very professional. Jose from guest services took great care of us during our stay. And Escobar from Dive It is tge man to ho to for bookings snd excursions.

Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the hotel. Clean and nice pool.

The room was nice and clean. But they ask you do not use balcony railings to dry towels and clothes, meanwhile not provide any device beside maybe chairs. They have set up room temperature 21.5C and you can not make it higher.

Clean room, clean amenities for the most part except in the bathrooms down by the pool puke on the inside door and flooding one day. Staff were friendly, food was okay, gluten free offerings minimal, airport shuttle very easy and prompt. I booked the shuttle separate and not through Expedia. Beaches were terrible, tons of seaweed and really couldn’t go in the water. Overall an okay property but won’t return. The resort was over run by raccoons.

We stayed in the Privilege area, adults only for 7 days. We enjoyed having our ala carte reservations made for us. We did feel that some of the privilege guests got treated better than others. We tipped regularly but maybe not enough. Our room was great for us! The pool chair problem is real. We got up early to get seats even in the privilege area. Food was good! Overall we enjoyed our time but would probably not return to this property. We are trying the Ocean Royale in December of 26.

Our bathroom smelt like a sewer and the entire family got gastro

The staff at the resort were amazing - they made the whole trip so much better! Jose from guest services went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. He was so friendly and helpful. Antonio at the pool bar was also fantastic. He always had a smile on his face and was a true joy to be around! The room was spacious and cleaned very well every day! The Mexican restaurant was great and Juan was an amazing server there. We had the best time!

Staff was great! Food was good. Pools were fun.

All of the staff was incredibly wonderful. They were very helpful anytime we had questions. The bartenders were always making sure everyone was having fun. One thing that could use improvement is the restaurant booking system. It seemed that it just made more sense to go to the lobby and book your restaurant for the evening rather than battle the website or app which always showed everything was full. I have also stated all inclusive before where you could book multiple restaurants for a few days rather than the pressure of having to do it each morning, especially if you have an excursion. I also found that the restaurants weren’t even full when you went so that we made it frustrating that a lot of times you couldn’t get a reservation. The food was good, not the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive, but I always left full! One of my favourite things about this resort was how compact all of the amenities were. While I wouldn’t say it’s a tiny resort, everything was within a 3 to 5 minute walk at the most. All of the restaurants were together, and all the entertainment was really close to the restaurants. The spa was lovely as well! We were very burnt when we went and they did a good job nurturing our sunburns while still giving us a relaxing massage/facial.

The resort was lovely, with a large variety of options for eating. Our butler Carlos was amazing, and made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The beach was lovely, but I do recommend water shoes, because there are some random rocks and such under the water. We had an issue with our room, but our butler Carlos, the maintenance staff, and the rest of the staff were attentive worked in a timely fashion for a solution. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

My first time in Cancun and I must say … the ocean view was spectacular! Our butler Carlos made our stay fantastic. Great experience overall!

We found the room to be clean; however, the furniture was heavily stained and in need of updating. There was no hot tub on the property, which was disappointing. The tennis and pickleball courts were the worst I’ve ever played on. The surface was a mix of sand and grass, which prevented the pickleball from bouncing properly and made it unsafe to run on. They need to convert at least one of the courts to a real Pickleball court, and resurface the tennis court. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did not receive enough information about the activities available—especially adult evening activities—which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, due to the way restaurant reservations are set up, it is very unlikely that you’ll be able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants on your first night. Instead, you are directed to the buffet, which is only appealing for one visit at most - and that should be breakfast
