L hotel est viellissant et le personnel est très courtois. Le séjour a été agréable. Le rapport prix qualité est correcte.

Das ehemalige Hotel Adrar wurde renoviert und von der Eurotel Hotelgruppe nun auf den Namen Hamilton Agadir umbenannt. Grosse saubere Zimmer mit Balkon. Die in den höheren Etagen gelegenen Zimmer (ab 5.Stock) haben teilweise Aussicht auf das Meer. Viele kleine Mängel bestehen seit der Renovation, Balkontüren schliessen nicht, Klimaanlage nicht revidiert und extrem laut (könnte mit geringem Unterhalt normalisiert werden). Flecken auf Wänden und Boden. Sehr alte und ausgewaschene Badetücher, aber sauber und grau. Abgesehen davon bin ich seit über 10 Jahren Gast in diesem Hotel und kann es empfehlen.

Hôtel bien situé Mobiliers un peu vieillissants et insonorisation mal faite j’entendais les voitures rouler toute la nuit. Ceci dit le personnel est sympathique.

Breakfast very okay but not good

Will never stay here , not clean , smoking everywhere , not enough towels in rooms for everyone and the towels were rusted and dirty, food wasn’t good at all .

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and the worst review I will ever leave. Breakfast was a disaster. I paid extra for breakfast, and it was the worst breakfast I have ever paid for. After two mornings, I completely stopped eating there. The reasons are clear: extremely low-quality food, smoke inside the restaurant, and you leave smelling so bad that your clothes become stinky and unwearable. The breakfast manager is the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered—he forces uncomfortable conversations instead of focusing on improving the place or the food. His attitude makes an already terrible breakfast even worse. Absurd policy. The hotel does not allow guests to bring food from outside. This policy serves no purpose other than inconveniencing guests. Completely useless and frustrating. Roof leakage. It rained during our stay, and water was dripping from the ceiling inside the hotel. Unacceptable for any establishment calling itself a hotel. Worn-out towels. The towels are extremely old, rough, and clearly long overdue for replacement. Elevators barely function. The elevators are slow, unreliable, and essentially useless. You waste more time waiting than actually using them. Final verdict: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you still choose to stay here, do NOT pay for breakfast—it is a complete waste of money.

Place was unclean uncomfortable and noisy. Breakfast was bad

Check in was long and slow. Had to wait a long time before getting serviced and getting our room. Room was decent, not fully cleaned, room is outdaddd and needs revamped. Room service: while sleeping, cleaning lady jusy

Was cleaned really well every day, staff we're great expecially the cleaning staff.

Nice view from the balcony room 412 Clean rooms Hotel also has in house spa facilities, Bar, restaurant and also excursion packages. Located next to lots of local fastfood and local shops Staff and security very friendly

Good location, comfortable bed . But very dirty rooms and restaurant tables. Food was very nice but took very long to get it.
