Place was unclean uncomfortable and noisy. Breakfast was bad

Check in was long and slow. Had to wait a long time before getting serviced and getting our room. Room was decent, not fully cleaned, room is outdaddd and needs revamped. Room service: while sleeping, cleaning lady jusy

Was cleaned really well every day, staff we're great expecially the cleaning staff.

Good hotel

Nice view from the balcony room 412 Clean rooms Hotel also has in house spa facilities, Bar, restaurant and also excursion packages. Located next to lots of local fastfood and local shops Staff and security very friendly

Good location, comfortable bed . But very dirty rooms and restaurant tables. Food was very nice but took very long to get it.

Bad service

It might not have been the Ritz(London) however the help from the management and concierge was fantastic,I could ask them anything Security man was great and friendly Breakfast good when I went in to eat and reasonably priced Good location to walk to beach and believe me the staff really great, could not have asked more from anyone Will probably return for a longer visit Colin Hilton

day staff was unbothered and didn’t really want to help and security guard during the day was very weird and was very rude. this is my second time staying here and the first time was actually decent but this time was terrible wouldn’t stay here again be careful of the day time security guard he is very weird

The door in my doom did not close and i have a 2 year old son i had to keep the heat on all night

The staff interrogated us at the door each day we went for breakfast! We gave up going after the first 2 days as we were embarrassed

Hotel was overall ok, but the staff at breakfast time we rude and constantly watching you eat. As you go in they interrogate you at the door. The choices for breakfast were poor the tea was always cold and the coffee machine deployed anything and everything. I only used it 3 mornings as felt so awkward

I Wouldn’t Stay Here Again Even If It Were Free! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, I knew we had made a mistake. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke not just a faint smell, but thick clouds of it everywhere. People were smoking openly like it was the 1980s, with zero consideration for kids or anyone else. Even the hallways smelled like an ashtray. I felt sick just walking to our room. And then… the room. My heart sank the moment I opened the door. The toilet tank was loudly running nonstop like a waterfall that wouldn’t shut off. No towels. No toilet paper. The AC didn’t work. The sink had a dried booger stuck on it (yes, really). Mold and mildew clung to the mirror, the showerhead, the walls, and the faucet. The entire bathroom felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the bowl and it had stains. I wish I was exaggerating. To make things worse, there was no hot water at all. We couldn’t shower that night or the next morning. Imagine paying for a hotel and feeling dirtier after staying there. Breakfast was just sad a few items, watery coffee that tasted like burnt air, and nothing remotely appetizing except for the Moroccan Maloui. This place isn’t just outdated it’s falling apart. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to go home, shower for an hour, and question every life choice that led you there. Zero stars, if that were possible. Never again. Ever.

This was my first time visiting Agadir and my first trip back to Morocco after 13 years of living in the U.S., so I was really looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. Although my check-in time was at 2:00 PM, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 11:00 PM after a long journey. Sadly, the room I was given wasn’t ready. The door lock wasn’t working, so I had to change rooms. The second room had an extra bed added, but it was uncomfortable, there were no blankets, and the TV wasn’t working. The next day, they moved me to another room, but it was still missing many essentials — no towels for the bathroom and again, the TV wasn’t working. I mentioned these issues to the reception, but the response I received was, “It’s not my problem; you should ask the person before me,” which was frustrating. On the positive side, the staff at the breakfast buffet were very kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated their attitude. The hotel location is nice, and I enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere of Agadir. I hope my feedback helps the hotel improve communication, room preparation, and guest service so future visitors can have a better experience. A simple smile, good communication, and proper attention to guest needs make a big difference.
