It might not have been the Ritz(London) however the help from the management and concierge was fantastic,I could ask them anything
Security man was great and friendly
Breakfast good when I went in to eat and reasonably priced
Good location to walk to beach and believe me the staff really great, could not have asked more from anyone

Awful. As soon as we landed, room filthy, not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. BLOOD! Found in some areas too! Hotel refused to help sort it. Expedia failed to help to saying they couldnt contact the hotel. Wasted money and a holiday.

Très bien situé (proche de plusieurs lieux touristiques). Personnel sympathique et sérieux. Très grande chambre bien équipée! Bonne propreté. Restaurant très bon! Un petit + pour Momo responsable du restaurant: toujours dispo et à l’écoute! Seul point négatif: quelques finitions dans la chambre (baie vitrée qui force, quelques défauts dans la sdb) mais c’est vraiment pour trouver un petit truc négatif. Très bonne qualité prix…

We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Das ehemalige Hotel Adrar wurde renoviert und von der Eurotel Hotelgruppe nun auf den Namen Hamilton Agadir umbenannt. Grosse saubere Zimmer mit Balkon. Die in den höheren Etagen gelegenen Zimmer (ab 5.Stock) haben teilweise Aussicht auf das Meer. Viele kleine Mängel bestehen seit der Renovation, Balkontüren schliessen nicht, Klimaanlage nicht revidiert und extrem laut (könnte mit geringem Unterhalt normalisiert werden). Flecken auf Wänden und Boden. Sehr alte und ausgewaschene Badetücher, aber sauber und grau. Abgesehen davon bin ich seit über 10 Jahren Gast in diesem Hotel und kann es empfehlen.
