L'hébergement est très bien situé. Cependant la salle de bain est minuscule pour une chambre de 4 personnes c'était horrible. Le service de nettoyage passe très tardivement voir pas du tout et il faut à chaque fois réclamer des serviettes. Globalement l'établissement est très bien avec la piscine, la réception spacieuse, mais au niveau de la chambre pour 4 ce n'était pas adapté.

J'ai fêté mes 50ans au sein de l'Hôtel Argana! Merci à l'acceuil: Meriem, Fatima, Soukaina et Karim La direction merci à Fatima et Mr Yazid! Et enfin un grand merci à Brahim, les serveur et le cuisinier le repas était délicieux! Merci pour l'animation et les agents de sécurité et valet de chambre étaient tout juste incroyable! Mes 50ans sont gravés dans ma mémoire, Merciiii!!!!

Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich nicht gut. Es herrscht Chaos. Man muss ewig einen Platz oder Teller und Besteck suchen. Ständig gibt es mehrere Sachen nicht. Es herrscht Chaos und man empfindet das einfach nur als stressig. Die Qualität der Speisen lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Es ist einfach eine Massen Abfertigung

Personnel au petit soin et super ! Mais trop bruyant pas reposant ! Pas de double vitrage, musique trop forte de 10h du matin au 23h30 non stop c’est pas top sinon tout le reste est super ! Buffet très bon !

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Dining room and pool were overcrowded resulting in a less pleasant experience. Shower wouldn't work properly. Hotel location good and public areas were attractive. Facilities such as complimentary beach towels and private beach area wirg sunbeds were good.

Hôtel très bruyant et dans son jus (baie vitrée simple vitrage… porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, une lampe sur 2 dans la salle de bain, porte papier toilette qui tient avec l’opération du saint esprit, pommeau de douche aussi fuyant par le tuyau que par la douchette….) Animations très fortes et mélangées à celles de l’hôtel d’à côté. Sans compter les voyageurs qui restent toute la nuit au bord de la piscine… Pour les frais expédia nous annoncent 17€ de taxes locales or eux nous font payer 22€ !!! Tout est payant !! Ils indiquent coffre fort mais c’est en plus 2€ par jour….salle de sport … eau….et évidemment tout en espèces Si vous y allez pour vous reposer passez votre chemin

Nous avons notre chambre à 17h40 le jour de notre arrivée pour un check in Max 16h Nous avons dû payer la taxe de séjour de 22€ alors que vous annonciez 17€ sur la récapitulation de la commande Nous avions une chambre côté piscine : beaucoup de bruit , fenêtre sans double vitrage et baie de la chambre voilée donc impossible à fermer Les soirées ont été très animées : hurlements rires jusqu à 3h du matin Bien que signaler à l’accueil Par ailleurs l’annonce disait accès direct à la plage ce qui n’est pas vrai : la plage privée est à environ 2 kilomètre de l hôtel Vraiment déçue Bien cordialement

However bad you think it was from the reviews, uts worse. The internet is non existent. Come here if youre trying to go off grid. You have to pay extra for the gym despite being a hotel customer. Finding The room is like in a maze. No space in the rooms. The toilet is by the bedside. They pay to print boarding pass for 2 euros, they are very money grabbing. Dirty, smells. Horrible Internet. Hot water was not hot, had to call reception. Bedsheets werent changed, you have to pay to get towels for the pools.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Argana war leider enttäuschend. Besonders das Frühstück war ein einziges Chaos – unübersichtlich, schlecht organisiert und mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden. Noch schlimmer war jedoch das Abendessen: Auch hier herrschte völlige Unordnung, sodass man kaum in Ruhe essen konnte. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr unkoordiniert und wenig durchdacht. Schade, denn das Hotel hätte eigentlich Potenzial, wenn die Abläufe besser organisiert wären. Einziger Pluspunkt: Das Personal (ALLE) sind freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Good hotel and was central. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were kept tidy and had cleaners in daily. WIFI was hit and miss. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view iof sea, hard bed, poor shower pressure/ temperature. Very noisy night club next door until early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a terrible experience. Long queues to get in unless you get there before 8 am. Queues at cooked pancake, omelette maker. No bread for toast. Rolls running out. Poor choice fruit.It was chaos each morning. The best part were the staff.

When I arrived at the hotel I was allocated a ground floor room and the glass sliding doors onto the small balcony could not be locked. I advised the male receptionist that I could not stay in the room as it was not secure. He deemed indifferent to my concerns and said he was unable to allocate me another room as the hotel was full. He said he would get someone to look at the sliding doors. After 30 minutes no one had appeared. I returned to reception to be told that nothing could be done that evening. I advised the receptionist I would not be sleeping in a insecure ground floor room. 15 minutes later he returned and advised me the room 20 (2 doors down from my room) had miraculously become available. After posted a review of my treatment at reception on Hotel.com I moved into Room 20. The first thing that had struck me about both Room 18 and 20 was the level of noise coming from the pool area (Disco, Bingo etc). I was assured that the music would stop at 11pm. It didn’t stop until midnight every night. This was my fault had I done more research before booking I would have seen the review about “bring your EarPods if you want a decent sleep. The following morning the reception staff advised me I would be moved to a room on the 4th floor at no extra charge. I was very grateful. It was a nice room, safe but just as noisy as the others. Lesson learned read hotel reviews. This is a hotel for families with children and not for individuals looking for a quiet few days in the sun.

This is going to sound like a rant but it's definitely not however! Here goes! The communal areas of the hotel were fabulous and all of it was scrumptiously clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you. However our room was very disappointing. This time we had a family room with two bedrooms a kitchen area. And living room. Bedrooms were ok, living area , bathroom and hall/ entrance were all ok but. Sink in the bathroom was falling off it's pedestal, toilet seat was very loose and couldn't be tightened (I tried) safe in the bedroom had full instructions but wouldn't work. I later discovered you had to have it activated at reception, but noby told us that, the wardrobe doors wouldnt close so we had to pop something in front to hold them shut, the kitchen area had cupboards but no cooking items or crockery, it had drawers but no cutlery, it had an oven that didn't work, it was gas and wasn't connected! It had a tall fridge freezer that lite up but didn't work and had a very small fridge as well that did work! All that was very odd I thought, a virtually empty room. If you don't want them used or they are broken get rid! The drinks in the hotel were the same as English prices really which in comparison made them expensive but outside the hotel they were much cheaper. I didn't but my family visited the same hotel last year and said the rooms were wonderful! Overall it wouldn't stop me visiting again but I wouldn't stay. As long (we only stayed a week) the room was very dated..

We had great time there perfect location environment lovely staff beds are very comfey room was bit small for us even it says its quadruple room but not a big issue only problem never get sitting for breakfast long queues for waiting ti get table and then times up for breakfast they ve more ppl and small place for dine . Option for food is not alot but its decent . Building is old but they still constructed new area and adding more things would definitely recommend and stay there in future. Nice and clean im very happy over all.

Gammeldags dekor og inventar. Musikk ved bassenget til sent om natta på en vanlig dag! Plagsomt. En time senere innsjekk enn det som står på nettsiden. Ellers personale er fantastiske og serviceinnstilte.

Personalet var hyggelige - spesielt vaskedame. Frokost var bra nok. Rommet var grei men veldig dårlig toalett og bad.
