Petit déjeuner très complet merci aux 3femmes qui s'occupe des msmens,oeufs, etc... Personnel très pro Femme de ménage au 4 ieme étage (Nabaya) très professionnel,a l'écoute et très efficace Idéal pour les familles.

When I arrived at the hotel I was allocated a ground floor room and the glass sliding doors onto the small balcony could not be locked. I advised the male receptionist that I could not stay in the room as it was not secure. He deemed indifferent to my concerns and said he was unable to allocate me another room as the hotel was full. He said he would get someone to look at the sliding doors. After 30 minutes no one had appeared. I returned to reception to be told that nothing could be done that evening. I advised the receptionist I would not be sleeping in a insecure ground floor room. 15 minutes later he returned and advised me the room 20 (2 doors down from my room) had miraculously become available. After posted a review of my treatment at reception on Hotel.com I moved into Room 20. The first thing that had struck me about both Room 18 and 20 was the level of noise coming from the pool area (Disco, Bingo etc). I was assured that the music would stop at 11pm. It didn’t stop until midnight every night. This was my fault had I done more research before booking I would have seen the review about “bring your EarPods if you want a decent sleep. The following morning the reception staff advised me I would be moved to a room on the 4th floor at no extra charge. I was very grateful. It was a nice room, safe but just as noisy as the others. Lesson learned read hotel reviews. This is a hotel for families with children and not for individuals looking for a quiet few days in the sun.

This is going to sound like a rant but it's definitely not however! Here goes! The communal areas of the hotel were fabulous and all of it was scrumptiously clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you. However our room was very disappointing. This time we had a family room with two bedrooms a kitchen area. And living room. Bedrooms were ok, living area , bathroom and hall/ entrance were all ok but. Sink in the bathroom was falling off it's pedestal, toilet seat was very loose and couldn't be tightened (I tried) safe in the bedroom had full instructions but wouldn't work. I later discovered you had to have it activated at reception, but noby told us that, the wardrobe doors wouldnt close so we had to pop something in front to hold them shut, the kitchen area had cupboards but no cooking items or crockery, it had drawers but no cutlery, it had an oven that didn't work, it was gas and wasn't connected! It had a tall fridge freezer that lite up but didn't work and had a very small fridge as well that did work! All that was very odd I thought, a virtually empty room. If you don't want them used or they are broken get rid! The drinks in the hotel were the same as English prices really which in comparison made them expensive but outside the hotel they were much cheaper. I didn't but my family visited the same hotel last year and said the rooms were wonderful! Overall it wouldn't stop me visiting again but I wouldn't stay. As long (we only stayed a week) the room was very dated..

We had great time there perfect location environment lovely staff beds are very comfey room was bit small for us even it says its quadruple room but not a big issue only problem never get sitting for breakfast long queues for waiting ti get table and then times up for breakfast they ve more ppl and small place for dine . Option for food is not alot but its decent . Building is old but they still constructed new area and adding more things would definitely recommend and stay there in future. Nice and clean im very happy over all.

Gammeldags dekor og inventar. Musikk ved bassenget til sent om natta på en vanlig dag! Plagsomt. En time senere innsjekk enn det som står på nettsiden. Ellers personale er fantastiske og serviceinnstilte.

Personalet var hyggelige - spesielt vaskedame. Frokost var bra nok. Rommet var grei men veldig dårlig toalett og bad.

Jättetrevlig personal, god frukost, dock lite tråkig lunch och middag, hårda sängar, bra hamam, fint poolområde med mkt aktiviteter, fina rum, be om ett rum långt från discot så slipper ni störande musik.

Internet was not working well in my room

Chambre propre, pas beaucoup de places pour les repas. Serveurs débordés. Boissons payantes er très chères.

There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel. In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these details for future guests.

We had to move due to the noise. New room the patio door didnt close properly,reported and never fixed. Phone also broken and not repaired. The evening entertainment is very loud and goes on past midnight. Not a relaxing time. Booked an excursion through the hotel and picked up 45 minutes late. Stopped at 2 unplanned destinations and arrived at the destination we wished to visit and only got 30 minutes there as we had to make the 30 minute trek back to the minibus. We then ended up back at the hotel 30 minutes early Reported it at the hotel. No feedback.

Room description says seaview however was given a room facing on going hotel construction??

No Good Food

It was loud music playing from midday until almost 1 am. We wanted to change rooms, and were met with quite rude and unfriendly staff. We ended up leaving after 1 night, even though we booked for 5. They also refused to refund for the remaining nights.

Chambre avec vue sur l'océan, plage privée à dix minutes à pieds. Pension complète. Wifi ne fonctionne pas, malgré changement de chambre. Au buffet du soir, il faut être dix minutes avant l'ouverture pour avoir une place. Grande file d'attente pour le buffet du soir. Nourriture variée, personnel de service au top. Bruits animations le soir, heureusement nous étions au bout au troisième étage. Sinon plusieurs bus et taxis. Personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Salle de sport payante, 5 euros, 1h. Eau payante, trois euros, 1,5l. Mais supérette attenante, 0,60 euros la gde bouteille. Navette aéroport top ! Nous avons rencontré plusieurs clients réguliers. Le matin nous devions prendre l'avion à 6 heures. La box petit déjeuner était généreuse.
